Infatti uscito un paziente entrava subito un altro. Mi dispiace ma di questi sono cose indispensabili. Sono andata a prenotare un' ecografia con regolare prescrizione medica datata 5 marzo, mi prenotano la data da lì a 15 giorni, cioè per oggi 5 aprile (mi segnano anche data e ora sul retro della prenotazione) Io accetto, non sapendo che la prescrizione medica è valida per 28 giorni e non un mese esatto. Oggi sono andata all' orario da loro stabilito e non solo non hanno voluto farmi l' ecografia perché è scaduta la prescrizione medica, ma hanno anche negato che mi avevano dato loro una data di prenotazione sbagliata. Hanno perfino detto che loro quando fanno le prenotazioni non vedono le prescrizioni mediche! Quindi prenotano gli esami in base a cosa? Hanno detto che sono stata io a sbagliare! Pensate che le persone non hanno nulla da fare? Dovrò chiedere un altro permesso al lavoro per colpa vostra! Licenziate le persone incompetenti e maleducate ed assumete persone che hanno voglia di lavorare The secretaries are great incompetents and rude. Anche il personale all'esterno per le prenotazioni l'ho trovato sempre cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. R	Rossella Carotenuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le segretarie sono bravissime e gentilissime,il personale tecnico ahimè terribilmente sgradevole e poco competente con persone con problemi di udito!!!!All addetta alla radiografia le ho fatto presente del problema di mia madre,ma lei mi ha assicurato che non c era bisogno che l accompagnassi all interno....dopo pochi minuti mi fa entrare dicendomi testuali parole " non sente,non sente nulla, per me è un problema!!!!"Io rispondo"Ve l avevo detto!!!!" E si è rivolta in maniera sgradevole nei confronti di mia madre per tutta la durata della radiografia.. perché non sentiva, ."La mia domanda è questa:"un sordomuto non può fare la radiografia perché gli operatori non sanno comunicare con i gesti??
