All'accettazione mi hanno chiesto 50 euro x il costo del tampone e "va bene" ,ma poi mi hanno fatto notare che il giorno seguente sarebbero stati chiusi xvla vigilia di Natale,quindi nn potevano garantire il responso. Ma nel caso in cui avessi sborsato altri 50 euro il responso sarebbe stato garantito. Mo dico io GRANDISSIME CHIAVICHE se vengo a farmi un tampone molecolare significa che potrei essere positiva, quindi ,impaurita e tu né approfitti x fare soldi????. Ma si a munnezz Ra Gent I went to the laboratory for a molecular swab on December 23rd at 07.00. At check-in they asked me for 50 euros for the cost of the swab and "okay", but then they pointed out to me that the following day they would be closed on the eve Christmas, so they could not guarantee the response. But if I had paid another 50 euros, the response would have been guaranteed. Mo I say GREAT KEYS if I come to get a molecular swab it means that I could be positive, therefore, afraid and you do not take advantage of x to make money ????. But yes to munnezz Ra Gent
A	Alessandro Pala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo centro per effettuare dei controlli e subito sono rimasto colpito dalla gentilezza della dottoressa al desk,(Rosaria) che mi ha subito illustrato i vari pacchetti più adatti per me in maniera più chiara e precisa, cosa che non ho trovato in nessun altro centro analisi. Diventerà di sicura il mio centro di riferimento, ottimo anche il posto, ben organizzato e ottimi anche i vari servizi. Davvero consigliato? I went to this center to carry out checks and I was immediately struck by the kindness of the doctor at the desk, (Rosaria) who immediately illustrated the various packages most suitable for me in a clearer and more precise way, which I did not find in no other analysis center. It will certainly become my reference center, the place is also excellent, well organized and the various services are also excellent. Really recommended?

Facile da trovare e con buone indicazioni, per me che vengo da ischia è molto comodo,a volte con la convenzione attiva si aspetta un po' troppo, ma ne vale la pena perché ho trovato sin da subito professionalità, massima serietà e competenza nella ragazza addetta alle accettazioni,la bellissima e graziosa Rosaria, ho dato 5 ma lei meriterebbe 10000 stelle, non è comune, vederla ti fa capire quanto sia difficile trovare tutte queste cose in una sola persona. Highly recommended! Easy to find and with good indications, for me coming from Ischia it is very comfortable, sometimes with the active convention you expect a little too much, but it's worth it because I immediately found professionalism, utmost seriousness and competence in the girl admissions officer, the beautiful and gracious Rosaria, I gave 5 but she deserves 10,000 stars, it's not common, seeing her makes you understand how difficult it is to find all these things in one person.

Sempre solare e accogliente e un piacere essere seguiti da personale così. Consigliato vivamente. It has been my family's reference laboratory for years. Upon acceptance, Dr. Pinci, kind and professional, has always been able to advise me and clarify any doubts regarding the tests prescribed by my general practitioner. Always sunny and welcoming and a pleasure to be looked after by such staff. Highly recommended.

Il 28 dicembre mattina sono stato risposto da una signora al centralino in modo pessimo e riagganciato senza essere salutato con tanto di frase in sottofondo !!! Eppure avevo posto una semplice domanda per sapere il perché mi fosse arrivato l'esito del tampone solo tramite notifica in App ma non in pdf sulla mail. Premetto che, al momento del pagamento, avevo richiesto mail con il pdf perché mi occorreva per partire e mi era stato garantito che avrebbero sollecitato per farmela ricevere in tempo utile. Dopo la prima telefonata pessima ho richiamato una seconda volta, sempre il 28 mattina, e mi ha risposto un operatore, finalmente gentile, ma il problema non è stato risolto. Tampone fatto il 27 mattina alle 7.50 e sarei dovuto partire il 28 sera ma non ricevendo la mail col pdf sono stato costretto a perdere il viaggio perché all' aeroporto mi hanno richiesto il documento da scannerizzare che purtroppo non avevo. Morale della pessima esperienza? Viaggio perso e ad oggi dopo oltre 4 giorni dal tampone ancora non ho ricevuto mail con il pdf. ASSURDO !!! 0 STARS. On December 28 in the morning I was answered by a lady at the switchboard in a very bad way and hung up without being greeted with a lot of sentence in the background !!! Yet I had asked a simple question to find out why the result of the swab had arrived only through notification in the App but not in pdf on the email. I state that, at the time of payment, I had requested an e-mail with the pdf because I needed it to leave and I was guaranteed that they would ask for it to receive it in good time. After the first bad phone call, I called a second time, again on the 28th morning, and an operator answered, finally polite, but the problem was not solved. Swab made on the 27th morning at 7.50 am and I should have left on the 28th evening but not receiving the email with the pdf I was forced to miss the trip because at the airport they asked me for the document to be scanned which unfortunately I did not have. Moral of the bad experience? Lost trip and to date after more than 4 days from the swab I still haven't received an email with the pdf. ABSURD !!!
L	Luisa Portolano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non è mia abitudine fare recensioni... mi sono rivolta al centro diagnostico di via Guantai Nuovi per prenotare un esame abbastanza particolare (cosa che alla fine non è stato possibile fare) grazie all'incapacitá del signore alla seconda postazione (persona molto acida) ed alla signora posta alla prima postazione una certa Rosaria che alla mia richiesta dell'esame da sostenere senza nemmeno consultarsi con altra sede SDN mi invita a rivolgermi ad altro centro diagnostico nella vicina piazza Carità. Su tale affermazione da parte della signora Rosaria con molta incredulità mi allontanai dalla sede per andare ad altro centro diagnostico. Come considerazione finale mi viene da dire che se gli operatori all'accettazione invitano i propri pazienti a rivolgersi ad altro centro diagnostico qualche dubbio mi viene. A mai più! I state that it is not my habit to do reviews ... I turned to the diagnostic center in via Guantai Nuovi to book a fairly particular exam (which in the end it was not possible to do) thanks to the inability of the man at the second station (very person acid) and to the lady placed at the first station a certain Rosaria who at my request for an exam to be taken without even consulting with another SDN office invites me to contact another diagnostic center in nearby Piazza Carità. On this statement by Mrs. Rosaria with great disbelief I left the office to go to another diagnostic center. As a final consideration I would like to say that if the operators at admission invite their patients to go to another diagnostic center, I have some doubts. To never again!
