★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He completely wasted my time and cab fair. I called in advance to ask him to do a certified copy of a marriage license ense I had in hand. He said yes. Then I arrived, he had me wait an hour in a half almost two hours for me to be told by the secretary that he couldn't so it. He wouldn't even talk to me. In America I'd of had the notaries donthis in 10 mins in and out. He is clueless and disrespectful with respecting other people's time.
