L'organizzazione delle file permette di fare le analisi in modo molto rapido, soprattutto in questo periodo dove inevitabilmente si deve entrare a scaglioni nei laboratori. A ciò si aggiunge la estrema gentilezza. Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla Dr.ssa Mendetta in accettazione che mi ha accolta con un sorriso ed una gentilezza che non è da tutti. Inoltre ho fatto i prelievi la mattina ed il pomeriggio erano già pronti i risultati. Non c'è che dire, è assolutamente un punto di riferimento per effettuare analisi ed indagini approfondite. Efficiency and speed are two adjectives suitable for the structure. Mia madre ha le vene poco visibili e quindi ha premesso alla dottoressa che era difficile individuare subito la vena; la dottoressa ha detto che era praticamente impossibile. Dopo due tentativi maldestri, dopo aver prelevato un piccolo campione di sangue, non sufficiente a riempire tre provette, mentre nel frattempo la vena si era gonfiata, dopo aver chiamato in soccorso l'altra dottoressa, anche lei evidentemente poco abile e inesperta, mia madre ha desistito.Ci siamo recati in un altro laboratorio e la dottoressa, a conoscenza del precedente tentativo non andato a buon fine, non si è minimamente scomposta: in 30 secondi ha prelevato a mia madre una siringa grande di sangue. È vero che tutti devono fare esperienza, ma è grave che in un laboratorio non ci sia almeno un dottore/dottoressa competente ad affrontare casi più difficili. C	Claudia Verderosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una prenotazione nel laboratorio di via Crispi per il prelievo del sangue alle 10.40, il numero assegnatomi mi indirizzava al primo piano di piazza Amedeo. Sono entrata alle 11.40, dopo un'ora di attesa durante la quale abbiamo ascoltato le risate degli infermieri che erano senza fare niente mentre il numero delle persone in attesa aumentava. Avevo richiesto l'invio telematico dei risultati ma l'addetta allo sportello non ha indicato questa mia richiesta ed allora a cosa serviva la mail ed il numero di cellulare che ha caricato nella schermata del PC?????? Dopo due giorni di attesa ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che le analisi erano pronte e che per riceverle via mail avrei dovuto fare una .richiesta scritta che ho fatto invano.Sono passata per il ritiro personalmente ma c'era da fare la fila e non potevo aspettare. Contemporaneamente, al piano terra, l'appuntamento delle 10.48 terminava il prelievo alle 11.10 e alle 20.30 ha ricevuto gli esiti delle analisi via mail direi proprio che forse un controllo su quanto succede al primo piano andrebbe fatto. C	Carmela Ciriello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, stamattina ho mi sono recata al centro synlab di Gianturco per la prima volta, e abbiamo trovato un servizio impeccabile, ho portato mio marito ad eseguire una risonanza magnetica encefalo, Esposito Angelo, paziente molto molto debole, ma con l,aiuto della dottoressa che ha eseguito l,esame siamo stati graziati da Dio. Una dottoressa bella come il sole, dolce, professionale, siamo rimasti incantati. Mi ha chiesto gentilmente di lasciare una recensione sul servizio del centro, ma l,ha chiesto in maniera così dolce che non ho mai fatto una recensione, ma questa volta voglio soffermarmi e scrivervi, perché non capita tutti i giorni di trovare angeli così. Le ho chiesto gentilmente il suo nome, ma non mi ha detto di non inserirlo nella recensione, perché era importante cosa pensassi del servizio offerto della struttura... Ma inevitabilmente ho abbassato gli occhi sul cartellino e ho letto il suo nome ... Grazie dottoressa Lubrano, mi scuso se la nomino, ma non potevo non farlo. È stata una grazia di Dio incontrarla. Grazie infinitamente per tutto. Grazie per l' assistenza. La dottoressa ha disinfettato tutto avanti ai nostri occhi, incredibile. Abbiamo sempre sentito parlare del centro sdn, ma adesso che ho vissuto la mia esperienza, posso dire che Synlab sta facendo un ottimo lavoro. Pulizia del centro eccellente. Vi prego ringraziarla ancora da parte mia. Dovrebbero essere tutti così gentili e professionali con il tecnico di radiologia che ha eseguito il mio esame. Pulizia del centro eccellente. Per ben due volte hanno inserito in modo errato i dati personali, numero di telefono non corretto ed indirizzo per ricevere i risultati incompleto. La prima volta, il corriere non ha effettuato la consegna presso il domicilio indicato perché non riusciva a trovare il destinatario e volendo anche rintracciare il cliente, il recapito telefonico era sbagliato per cui la consegna non è mai avvenuta. Abbiamo dovuto recuperare dopo diverse ricerche, il referto al deposito generale dell'azienda logistica. La seconda volta dopo diverse raccomandazioni e richieste di correggere in anagrafica i dati del paziente, si è verificata la stessa situazione precedente, numero di telefono non corretto e lo stesso per quanto riguarda l'indirizzo. Chiamato più volte per correggere le informazioni inesatte, piu di dieci minuti di attesa e poi cade la linea. Dopo due settimane dall'esame, solo oggi abbiamo ricevuto i risultati. Si tratta di esami importanti, prestate più attenzione. Una volta può anche capitare, ma, due volte proprio no. After several searches, we had to retrieve the report from the general warehouse of the logistics company. The second time after several recommendations and requests to correct the patient's data in the registry, the same previous situation occurred, incorrect telephone number and the same as regards the address. Called several times to correct inaccurate information, more than ten minutes of waiting and then the line falls. Two weeks after the exam, we only received the results today. These are important exams, pay more attention. Once it can happen, but not twice.
M	Mariarosaria Rega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho il piacere di condividere qst recensione sperando vivamente in un cambiamento nei confronti di chi si reca in qst luoghi per controlli e nn per hobby. In data 15 febbraio alle ore 13 ho appuntamento all sdn di gianturco per un ecografia mammaria e all addome completo. Il dottore mi accoglie con gentilezza ma già mi accorgo che ha fretta di andare via essendo io l ultima paziente. Comincia con l ecografia al seno e siccome nn ho portato i vecchi esami fatti negli anni precedenti in centri diversi proprio nn riesce a trovare un piccolo fibroma che effettivamente c è ma che nn vede. Mi invita quindi a ritornare per portare il vecchio referto così da poter vedere meglio. Stamattina 22 febbraio porto il referto e per magia mi rifà l ecografia e c e il fibroma. Così mi consiglia di portare sempre con me i vecchi referti così da poterli confrontare. MI CHIEDO :SE FOSSE STATA LA MIA PRIMA ECOGRAFIA AL SENO QST ECOGRAFO NN AVREBBE TROVATO IL FIBROMA? Ed io sarei tornata a casa con una diagnosi diversa e sbagliata. Diagnosi che il dottore stamattina ha strappato e cestinato per poterla ripetere correttamente. Un appunto:l ecografia all addome completo invece è andata meglio poiché ha fatto il copia e incolla dato che è stato fortunato visto che la precedente l avevo fatta allo stesso centro. Ovviamente nella stessa giornata non mi è stato consegnato il CD con le immagini poiché il dottore era andato via e nn l ha potuto fare ed io sono dovuta ritornare. È una vergogna non tornerò mai più in qst centro. I have the pleasure of sharing this review, hoping for a change in regards to those who go to this place for checks and not as a hobby. On February 15th at 1 pm I have an appointment at the SDN of gianturco for a breast ultrasound and complete abdomen. The doctor welcomes me with kindness but I already realize that he is in a hurry to leave as I am the last patient. It starts with the breast ultrasound and since I have not taken the old tests done in previous years in different centers just cannot find a small fibroid that actually exists but that you can't see. He then invites me to come back to bring the old report so that I can see better. This morning, February 22nd I bring the report and by magic he gives me the ultrasound and the fibroid. So I recommend that you always carry old reports with me so that I can compare them. I ASK: IF IT WAS MY FIRST BREAST ULTRASOUND QST ULTRASOUND WOULD HAVE FOUND THE FIBROMA? And I would have come home with a different and wrong diagnosis. Diagnosis that the doctor tore up and trashed this morning in order to repeat it correctly. A note: the ultrasound of the complete abdomen, on the other hand, went better because he did the copy and paste since he was lucky since I had done the previous one at the same center. Obviously the CD with the images was not given to me on the same day because the doctor had gone away and he could not do it and I had to return. It is a shame I will never go back to this center.
