★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare per la prima volta con loro. Ho apprezzato non solo come è stata condotta la vendita, ma soprattutto il post vendita. Mi riferisco per esempio alla gestione delle utenze che hanno curato personalmente senza costi aggiuntivi. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che fossero presenti di persona anche durante la stipula del rogito. Se dovessi acquistare/vendere qualche immobile sarebbero sicuramente un punti di riferimento.

I am referring for example to the management of the utilities that they personally took care of at no additional cost. I really liked the fact that they were present in person even during the signing of the deed. If I were to buy / sell any property they would certainly be a point of reference.

Mi hanno contattato per una locazione con molta discrezione e rispetto. Molto professionali e accurati nella selezione delle persone proposte. Reattività ed efficienza nel condurre le trattative. Erano presenti sia alla stipula del contratto di locazione, che nelle fasi successive all'accordo preliminare, per sopralluoghi e attività preparatorie e alla consegna dell'immobile. Chiarezza di comunicazione sia nei miei confronti che delle persone selezionate. Se dovessi vendere/acquistare o affittare prenderei di certo in considerazione la loro collaborazione.
