Il proprietario di casa ci ha trattenuto uno sproposito sulla caparra per un appartamento usato pochi mesi da una sola persona con il motivo che "la doccia non era stata perfettamente pulita". L'appartamento è stato restituito da mesi ancora ci arrivano le bollette a nostro nome per i consumi del proprietario. Non tutelano assolutamente, presa la loro provigione alzano le spalle. Vergognatevi.
Bad to follow us. The owner of the house held back a mistake on the deposit for an apartment used a few months by a single person with the reason that "the shower was not perfectly clean". The apartment has been returned for months. We still receive bills in our name for the owner's consumption. They do not protect at all, having taken their provision they shrug their shoulders. Shame on you.
