Abbiamo dovuto aprire una causa legale, per avere i nostri diritti sulla struttura. Consiglio vivamente chi fosse interessato a comprare in questo residence, di chiedere all’amministratore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato casa e nessuno dell'agenzia immobiliare ci ha messo al corrente dei vizi e danni strutturali già esistenti da un'anno prima nel residence.
Danni che col tempo si sono aggravati e ci hanno obbligato ad aprire una causa legale per vedere salvaguardati i nostri diritti, visto che il costruttore non provvede a sistemare i danni ,oltretutto il costruttore è il padre del titolare dell'agenzia in questione.. no comment
