β β β β β Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Essendo cliente mi sono riferita a loro per un informazione se sapevano aiutarmi. Questa era mia mia Unica domanda... Se sapevano aiutarmi.. Sono caduta dallo scooter e successivamente mi Γ© arrivata una lettera dall'INPS.. Volevo solo indicazioni dato che INPS non Rispondeva. Essendo una lettera della INPS che comunque riguardava il mio incidente in scooter non volevano neanche che gliene parlassi. E ho dovuto insistere per almeno farmi ascoltare. Ovviamente non mi hanno dato spiegazioni perΓ² solo per una info ho dovuto insistere almeno per spiegare l'accaduto. Ma la cosa peggiore Γ¨ che prima di andare lΓ ho chiamato per sapere se potevano aiutarmi o almeno per prendere appuntamento dato che per corona virus penso sia caso prenotare. La loro risposta Γ© stata '' venga pure la aspettiamo''. Arrivo, entro mi presento e preciso che ho chiamato 10 minuti prima. Fa un caldo boia e sono in pantaloncini...non elegante. Mi squadra... Evidentemente mi prendono per scema.. Mi dicono che non hanno ricevuto alcuna chiamata e che ho sbagliato assicurazione dato che a Desenzano ci sono tante assicurazioni... Io sono altamente offesa. Loro sono Unipol e io sono assicurata a Unipol. Dopo essere presa per una matta per almeno 5 minuti per fortuna salta fuori una ragazza e dice... '' a si ha chiamato lei poco fa... Avevo risposto io''... Finalmente non mi guardano piΓΉ come se fossi un aliena. Pessimo trattamento. Buona assicurazione ma non la filiale di Desenzano. Per fortuna, la mia agente Anna Gandini della filiale di Pozzolengo avendo trovato una mia chiamata persa, mi ha richiamata. Le ho spiegato il mio problema e si Γ¨ premurato di aiutarmi a risolverlo.
I felt teased. Being a customer, I referred to them for information if they could help me. This was my only question ... If they knew how to help me .. I fell off the scooter and then I received a letter from INPS .. I just wanted information as INPS did not answer. Being a letter from the INPS that still related to my scooter accident, they didn't even want me to tell you about it. And I had to insist on at least making myself heard. Obviously they did not give me explanations, however, just for an info I had to insist at least to explain what happened. But the worst thing is that before I went there I called to find out if they could help me or at least to make an appointment since for Corona Virus I think it is appropriate to book. Their response was '' come well we are waiting for you ''. I arrive, I introduce myself within and I specify that I called 10 minutes before. It's a hot hangman and I'm in shorts ... not fancy. I team up ... Evidently they take me for a fool. They tell me that they have not received any calls and that I have made the wrong insurance since there are many insurances in Desenzano ... I am highly offended. They are Unipol and I am insured with Unipol. After being taken for a fool for at least 5 minutes, luckily a girl jumps out and says ... alien. Bad treatment. Good insurance but not the Desenzano branch. Fortunately, my agent Anna Gandini from the Pozzolengo branch, having found a missed call from me, called me back. I explained my problem to her and he took care to help me solve it.
