Guardatevi da chi chiede di essere pagato prima di andare dal notaio per la compravendita di un immobile! Perché potreste non vederlo mai il notaio, come è capitato a me con questa agenzia.
Non credete a chi vi dice che ha chi vi troverà il mutuo che serve a voi, perché potreste non trovare nemmeno quello.
Non fidatevi dei consigli di chi vi dice di trovare una soluzione per darvi una mano per farvi riavere la caparra versata per l'acquisto di un immobile, perché potrebbe farvi perde anche quella. E se non ve la dava.. avreste potuto recuperarla.
