★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aspettato tanti anni prima di dedicarmi allo yoga perché speravo proprio di trovare un'insegnante preparata e appassionata come Silvia che ti fa amare sia la disciplina che te stessa. Non ci sono forzature, non viene insegnato lo yoga performativo, ma il rispetto e l'amore per sé stessi e per i propri limiti e potenzialità. Lo studio è poi un piccolo gioiellino tranquillo e carico di energia positiva.
 I waited many years before dedicating myself to yoga because I was hoping to find a trained and passionate teacher like Silvia who makes you love both the discipline and yourself. There are no forcing, performative yoga is not taught, but respect and love for oneself and for one's limits and potential. The studio is also a quiet little gem full of positive energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, lo yoga con Silvia è un'esperienza totalmente nuova e diversa dai tanti centri che ho frequentato negli anni. Trasmette una grande conoscenza e passione per suo lavoro. Ho anche avuto la fortuna di provare più volte i vari trattamenti shiatsu e tuina che mi hanno rimesso in sesto in brevissimo tempo. Quindi non posso che consigliarla al 100%! Grazie Silvia ❤️
What can I say, yoga with Silvia is a totally new and different experience from the many centers I have attended over the years. He transmits great knowledge and passion for his work. I was also lucky enough to try the various shiatsu and tuina treatments several times which got me back on track in a very short time. So I can only recommend it 100%! Thanks Silvia ❤️

The thing I appreciate about Studio Vijaya is the attention and respect for Tradition. A place to practice Yoga in a serious, efficient way, in a well-kept and welcoming place.

Silvia is competent and passionate about the practices she does. I have been following Yoga courses and seminars for 3 years and I highly recommend the experience. She is also an excellent Shiatsu and Tuina masseuse. Position easily reachable also by public transport.
