After years of back pain, guilt of hernias and an incorrect way of life, I finally found my salvation! A place for all ages where you can better your lifestyle, at 360 degrees! I really recommend it to everyone, it's really worth it even to those further afield!

Abbiamo fatto bajans con un musicista jogico e tutti eravamo un tutt'uno!
Meraviglia! Mi sento bene sono felice ci tornerò sicuramente!
Fantastic place ... I've just come out of a yoga and meditation breathing session.
The environment is characterized by a unique refreshing energy and a pure spirituality.
We made bajans with a jogic musician and we were all one!
Wonder! I feel good I am happy I will definitely be back!

L'ambiente è tutto il personale sono accoglienti e c'è pure un piccolo ma ben fornito negozio di articoli di qualità per l'ayurveda e lo yoga.
It is an oasis of peace where everything is harmony. Real yoga and breathing techniques are taught with great care by very professional teachers. The environment is all staff are welcoming and there is also a small but well-stocked shop for quality items for ayurveda and yoga.
