Forse è meglio andare all'altro negozio a Scandicci (molto più grande) dove anche la campionatura di porte presente, così ci è stato detto, è piu ampia. Altro artigiano ha eseguito riparazione per 100€, loro ne volevano 50 solo per venire a vedere di cosa si trattava. Cambiate lavoro Bad work and savings, after sales service is not a problem for them, if you don't pay, they will answer you. g	gianroberto perqualcuno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono state vendute un set di porte per interni della Garofoli spacciate per "legno massello" nella loro interezza, a distanza di qualche anno l'imbotte delle porte si è imbarcata, rigonfiandosi rendendo necessaria la sostituzione di essa. Durante la sostituzione ho notato con mio rammarico che non sono interamente costruite in legno massello ma utilizzando materiale come il MDF, derivato del legno, soggetto ad assorbimento d'acqua. Valutazione negativissima visto il costo elevato del prodotto spacciato per legno massello nella sua interezza. I was sold a set of interior doors by Garofoli passed off as "solid wood" in their entirety, after a few years the door frame embarked, swelling making it necessary to replace it. During the replacement I noticed to my regret that they are not entirely built in solid wood but using materials such as MDF, derived from wood, subject to water absorption. Montatori esperti e attenti e (ci tengo a dirlo) sempre con mascherina perfettamente indossata ( 6 giorni di lavoro). Indipendentemente da tutto lo ritengo indice di attenzione alla regole ma anche di rispetto verso il cliente ( e non è scontato per la mia esperienza). Grazie di tutto! Very competent and always available staff. Expert and attentive fitters and (I want to say it) always with perfectly worn mask (6 days of work). Regardless of everything, I consider it a sign of attention to the rules but also of respect for the customer (and it is not taken for granted in my experience). Thanks for everything!

Complimenti a tutti e grazie di avermi lasciato il negozio in condizioni perfette fino al punto che dopo un paio d'ore ho potuto aprire e lavorare nel mio negozio come se nulla fosse accaduto. Ordinati, puliti e OTTIME rifiniture intorno agli infissi. In un giorno e mezzo mi hanno cambiato tutte e tre le vetrine. I was lucky after having had more negative experiences in Florence to meet professional retailers and window frame assemblers EXCEPTIONAL. Congratulations to everyone and thank you for leaving me in perfect condition to the point that after a couple of hours I could open and work in my shop as if nothing had happened. Tidy, clean and EXCELLENT finishes around the frames. In a day and a half they changed all three windows.

Pessimo sia il personale della parte commerciale che non ha mantenuto la parola data, che la parte amministrativa che ha sbagliato a fare i preventivi prima e le fatture poi. Esorbitante il costo dell'alzante scorrevole del 50% oltre il prezziario regionale. Bene gli installatori. Bad experience.
