Prolungato le lastre in due sessioni per fare due fatture più costose. Lavorano per soldi, passione zero. Se volete bene ai vostri pelosi, NON frequentate questo studio.
The worst vet experience of my life. They tugged at the injured dog and gave no explanation for the alleged diagnosis. Extended the plates in two sessions to make two more expensive bills. They work for money, zero passion. If you love your furry ones, DO NOT go to this studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non consiglio questo veterinario. Non ha avuto la decenza di leggere i documenti per vedere la situazione del cane che veniva da un canile. Mi stava facendo pagare un sacco di soldi che includevano dei servizi che non avevo chiesto, è che non erano necessari e non ha fatto i servizi di cui ho chiesto. Una perdita di tempo assoluta. Non ha la decenza di comunicare e di scusarsi per i suoi sbagli. Orribile. Non so perché è così raccomandato da tanta gente. Forse una volta era bravo, ma adesso non credo piu già che ci sono tanti altri che si lamentano.
I don't recommend this vet. He did not have the decency to read the documents to see the situation of the dog that came from a kennel. He was charging me a lot of money which included services I didn't ask for, is that they weren't needed and he didn't do the services I asked for. An absolute waste of time. He does not have the decency to communicate and apologize for his mistakes. Horrible. I don't know why it is so recommended by so many people. Maybe he used to be good, but now I no longer believe that there are so many others who complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza per emergenza di una ghiandaia trovata investita sulla strada.Pur essendo cliente da 20 anni per il gatto si sono rifiutati di dare un occhiata al uccello stordito per capire se aveva un ala rotta e se dovevo chiamare Enpa.La scusa era che non si esaminano più animali esotici in questo studio. Grande conoscenza della segretaria di animali selvatici nostrani sicuramente. Poi la etica di questa professione dove è finita?
