C	Cinzia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo ambulatorio per il mio criceto e mi sono trovata benissimo,mi hanno dato tanti consigli,una scheda dettagliata per conoscere bene il mio animale esotico domestico e ci hanno fatto amicizia rimpinzandolo di cibo buono. Gentili e competenti come poche, sono il mio punto di riferimento. I went to this clinic for my hamster and I had a great time, they gave me lots of advice, a detailed card to get to know my exotic domestic animal well and made friends by stuffing it with good food. Kind and competent as few, they are my point of reference.

Posso dire che la dott.ssa-E' una persona speciale ,bravissima ,degna del suo lavoro (tante persone lo fanno tanto per fare lei lo fà per passione) Lei è una persona umana ,gentile e comprensiva ,tutto quello che basta per una persona quando si trova in difficoltà con il proprio animale.Mi ha aiutato tantissimo con le mie conigliette ha guarito molte volte le mie cucciolone quando non stavano bene ,potevo chiamare ogni giorno e lei era sempre gentile e disponibile (cose che non tutti fanno ,per esperienza vissuta tanti anni fà con un'altra dott.ssa.)Non la cambierei per niente al mondo anche se mi tocca fare 50 km ogni volta per raggiungerla ma ne vale la pena .E' preparatissima e sa fare bene il suo lavoro in tutto e per tutto ,soprattutto per animali esotici che in Puglia sono proprio pochissimi .Sono molto soddisfatta ! Many experiences with my bunnies. I can say that Dr.-E 'is a special person, very good, worthy of her job (so many people do it so much to make her do it for passion) She is a human person, kind and understanding, all that is enough for a person when he is in difficulty with his animal. He helped me a lot with my bunnies he has I healed my cubs many times when they were not well, I could call every day and she was always kind and helpful (things that not everyone does, from experience lived so many years ago with another doctor). I wouldn't exchange her for anything at all world even if I have to do 50 km each time to reach it but it's worth it. It is very well prepared and knows how to do its job well in every way, especially for exotic animals that are very few in Puglia. I am very satisfied!

Pulizia e igiene di altissimo livello...ma soprattutto il valore aggiunto di questo ambulatorio é dato dalla presenza di questi 3 fantastici dottori che con la loro professionalità, preparazione, cortesia sono sempre pronti a curare i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Eccezionale é l' approccio molto affettuoso, ma nello stesso tempo, attento e scrupoloso che hanno nei confronti dei nostri animali. Ad ogni domanda o dubbio,hanno sempre una risposta ed 1 consiglio da darti per rendere la vita del mio cane (ed anche la mia) più bella e soprattutto in salute. É una gioia osservare i loro volti pieni di amore ed entusiasmo nel rincontrare i loro pazienti per una visita di controllo o percepire la loro legittima "preoccupazione" se li chiami per un'urgenza. Sono fortunata e onorata di aver affidato la mia Oliva nelle loro sapienti mani. Se potessi, vi darei molto di più di 5 stelle. Continuate così ragazzi!! I never imagined I would come across this beautiful reality 2 steps from home. Cleaning and hygiene of the highest level ... but above all the added value of this surgery is given by the presence of these 3 fantastic doctors who with their professionalism, preparation, courtesy are always ready to treat our 4-legged friends. Exceptional is the very affectionate approach, but at the same time, attentive and scrupulous that they have towards our animals. To every question or doubt, they always have an answer and 1 advice to give you to make my dog's life (and mine too) more beautiful and above all healthy. It is a joy to observe their faces full of love and enthusiasm in meeting their patients for a checkup or perceiving their legitimate "concern" if you call them for an urgency. I am fortunate and honored to have entrusted my Olive in their skilful hands. If I could, I would give you much more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys !!
A	Alessandra Pellerano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo mesi di visite, esami e medicinali somministrati al mio cane andando un po' "a tentativi" la situazione non faceva altro che peggiorare. Così, ho deciso di sentire il parere di un altro veterinario che, già dalla prima visita, con esami specifici e mirati ha diagnosticato un rischio pancreatite. Il mio cane adesso sta bene come non è mai stato, ma ho rischiato che la situazione si aggravasse seriamente mentre mi sentivo dire di "non giungere a conclusioni affrettate" e mentre continuavo a spendere quasi 50€ a visita. Riconosco che si sappiano rapportare bene con gli animali e siano anche bravi, ma il mio cane a solo un anno e mezzo di vita ha rischiato un'infiammazione del pancreas, perciò - in base alla mia esperienza - non li posso consigliare. After months of visits, tests and medicines administered to my dog, going a little "by trial and error", the situation only got worse. So, I decided to hear the opinion of another veterinarian who, already from the first visit, with specific and targeted tests diagnosed a pancreatitis risk. My dog is now doing as well as he has never been, but I risked that the situation worsened seriously while I was told "not to reach hasty conclusions" and while I continued to spend almost € 50 per visit. I recognize that they know how to relate well to animals and are also good, but my dog at only one and a half years of life risked inflammation of the pancreas, therefore - based on my experience - I cannot recommend them.
