Essendo un fuori sede ed avendo avuto la necessità di una riparazione ad una mia motosega all arrivo nell officina neanche una risposta al mio buongiorno e di conseguenza un accoglienza infastidita da parte di un addetto !!!molto probabilmente essendo gli unici nella zona si arrogano il diritto di essere sgarbato e soprattutto nei costi...diversi da un giorno all altro!!! Non è così che si tratta un cliente I don't like doing reviews but in this case I put all my effort into reviewing an unpleasant experience !!! Ho chiamato telefonicamente per sapere se potevo portare il tagliaerba, mi ha detto che lo potevo portare; quando sono arrivato lì prima mi ha fatto un sacco di storie dicendo che il tagliaerba era cinese (è un efco,marca italiana) poi mi ha detto che il meccanico sarebbe rientrato tra un mese. A questo punto mi chiedo per quale motivo mi ha fatto attraversare Lecce se poi il tagliaerba non me lo poteva riparare? ribadisco che ho chiamato prima. Non dico altro altrimenti potrei dire qualche parolaccia If I could give zero stars I would, a unique arrogance.
