Andata con urgenza da lei il venerdì pomeriggio per il mio gatto che stava male e andava Subito ricoverato,mi sono sentita dire che lei non poteva farci nulla perché lei avrebbe tenuto chiuso da sabato dopo pranzo a martedì... E che per salvare il mio gatto sarei dovuta andare in un ambulatorio a 25 km da casa!! Per fortuna ho provato a chiedere ad un altro veterinario che si trova a pochi metri da lei e mi hanno immediatamente ricoverato il gatto,rassicuramdomi di essere disponibili anche nei giorni festivi qualora ce ne fosse bisogno! I'm sorry but I have not found good! Urgently went to her on Friday afternoon for my cat who was sick and was immediately hospitalized, I was told that there was nothing she could do because she would have kept closed from Saturday after lunch to Tuesday ... And that to save my cat I should have gone to an outpatient clinic 25 km from home !! La dottoressa invece ha capito subito la situazione ed ha risolto in una sola seduta. Mi ha contattato diverse volte nelle settimane successive per sapere come stava la gatta è questo mi ha fatto molto piacere. Non posso che dare 5 stelle per la cortesia ed il rapporto qualità prezzo oltre a quello umano. I have been commuting with several doctors about a problem with my cat and never having a positive result. The doctor, on the other hand, immediately understood the situation and solved it in just one session. He contacted me several times in the following weeks to find out how the cat was doing and this pleased me very much. I can only give 5 stars for the courtesy and the value for money in addition to the human one.

Porto il mio gatto (19 anni) di sabato mattina dopo 3 giorni i cui non si muoveva, non mangiava né beveva perchè le è entrata un'unghia dentro la zampa, rendendola gonfia e dolorante. Dopo qualche domanda iniziale e il prelievo del sangue (in cui appena il gatto ha miagolato per il dolore hanno fatto entrambe un salto indietro lasciandomi a tenere il gatto da sola) sembrava che le dottoresse fossero poco interessate alla situazione, facevano avanti e indietro dalla stanza dicendomi di attendere da sola con il gatto. Nonostante io chiedessi loro di tagliare l'unghia, rispondevano che il problema non era la zampa ma il fatto che non stesse mangiando. Infatti, siccome non arrivava alcuna soluzione da parte loro, ho chiesto io di fare una flebo al gatto per integrare liquidi e sostanze nutritive e acconsentono, facendomi però andare in un'altra stanza e lasciandomi da sola a tenere la flebo con una mano e il gatto con l'altra. Successivamente, dato il loro menefreghismo, ho dovuto chiedere di tagliare l'unghia dentro la carne e acconsentono ma dopo un iniziale lamento del gatto, le dottoresse hanno subito rinunciato dicendomi di portarlo un altro giorno, quando sarebbe stato più calmo (quindi problema alla zampa non risolto). Allora chiedo almeno di disinfettare la zampa e dopo uno sguardo annoiato, acconsentono nuovamente. Alla fine, ho pagato 80 euro per sperimentarmi veterinaria senza risolvere alcun problema. Se non si amano gli animali e non si vogliono curare, avete sbagliato lavoro! Bad experience, strongly not recommended! After a few initial questions and the blood draw (in which as soon as the cat meowed in pain they both jumped back leaving me to hold the cat alone) it seemed that the doctors were little interested in the situation, they paced back and forth from the room telling me to wait by alone with the cat. Although I asked them to cut the nail, they replied that the problem was not the paw but the fact that it was not eating. In fact, since there was no solution from them, I asked to give the cat a drip to supplement liquids and nutrients and they agree, however, making me go to another room and leaving me alone to hold the drip with one hand and the cat with the other. Subsequently, given their indifference, I had to ask to cut the nail into the flesh and they agreed but after an initial moan from the cat, the doctors immediately gave up telling me to take it another day, when it would have been calmer (therefore paw problem not solved). So I ask at least to disinfect the paw and after a bored look, they agree again. In the end, I paid 80 euros to test myself as a veterinarian without solving any problems. If you don't like animals and don't want to heal, you've got the wrong job!
