Abbiamo portato la nostra gattina per effettuare la sterilizzazione, intervento di routine quindi è stata tanto male, febbre, inappetenza, ci hanno dato antibiotico e nonostante questo la situazione non migliorava! Abbiamo espresso le nostre perplessità ma ci hanno riposto che sicuramente era una cosa comportamentale, certo 40.4 di febbre come può essere legato al carattere!? È stata ricoverata 3 gg e nn le hanno fanno esami approfonditi e ce l'hanno rimandata a casa peggio di prima, con febbre e molto debole, alla richiesta di spiegazioni mi sono sentita rispondere che era strano perché da loro mangiava e giocava addirittura! In preda alla disperazione siamo andati in un altra clinica dove le hanno fatto esami sangue, rx ed ecografia, responso pleurite!!! Deve prendere 6 diverse medicine al giorno perché i suoi organi stavano collassando! Ora sta riprendendo ma abbiamo passato un lungo mese di sofferenze, soprattutto la gattina! Per non parlare delle spese, se fossero intervenuti in tempo tt ciò nn sarebbe successo! Bad experience! Now she is recovering but we have been through a long month of suffering, especially the kitten! Not to mention the expenses, if they had intervened in time tt this would not have happened!

Deve fare un farmaco particolare per il quale serve una ricetta che a detta del veterinario di questa clinica deve essere obbligatoriamente elettronica, mentre a detta della farmacia e della stessa asl deve essere cartacea. Partendo dal presupposto che non dovrebbe essere una premura del cliente quella di risolvere questa ambiguità, abbiamo fatto presente il problema al veterinario. Se ne è bellamente lavato le mani, ignorando ogni richiesta di aiuto e supporto fatta gentilmente da noi. Insomma, la nostra cagnolina può anche restare senza farmaci perché la farmacia non ce li passa senza la ricetta giusta, lui, cito testualmente, "non sa cosa farci". Incompetente e insensibile ai bisogni tanto degli animali quanto dei clienti: questa è l'unica descrizione per questa clinica. Se volete bene ai vostri animali la metà di quanto io e la mia famiglia vogliamo alla nostra cagnolina, non portateli mai qui. I leave a star because I cannot give zero. My dog suffers from seizures.
