Verificato il mio nome nell'elenco degli appuntamenti, mi viene riferito che avevano provato ad avvisarmi telefonicamente senza ricevere risposta. All'atto del controllo del numero di telefono lo stesso è risultato errato, motivo per il quale non è stato possibile contattarmi. Considerata la preparazione necessaria per effettuare alcuni esami, sarebbe auspicabile perfezionare la procedura per fissare gli appuntamenti.
After two days of preparing for an exam, I arrive at the office at the scheduled time and I am informed that the doctor is not present. Having checked my name in the list of appointments, I am told that they had tried to notify me by phone without receiving an answer. Upon checking the telephone number, it was found to be incorrect, which is why it was not possible to contact me. Given the preparation required to take some exams, it would be desirable to refine the procedure for making appointments.
