Chiami per prenotare una visita con priorità d’urgenza e solo dopo 20 minuti di musichetta di attesa ti rispondono e ti dicono “mi spiace ma per quel tipo di urgenza deve venire direttamente allo sportello e se non può venire lei può venire chiunque a prenotare” e ti attaccano subito il telefono in faccia senza aggiungere altro o farti dire/chiedere altro. Davvero un pessimo servizio per le prenotazioni. Too bad you can not put less than a star. Very unfriendly telephone staff. Call to book a visit with priority of urgency and only after 20 minutes of music on hold answer you and tell you "I'm sorry but for that kind of urgency must come directly to the desk and if you can not come she can come anyone to book" and they immediately attack the phone in your face without adding anything else or making you say / asking for more. Really a bad service for reservations.

An absurd rudeness at the counters, impossible to take the telephone line because it is perpetually busy and as soon as you take the line they drop the call .... no comment
I	Imbriani Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica esperienza! tempi di attesa x prenotazione neppure lontanamente paragonabili con quelli dell'Asl. inoltre mi hanno organizzato gli appuntamenti per 2 visite in modo che non dovessi tornare 2 volte ma successivi l'uno all'altro. mi hanno gestito senza farmi rimbalzare da un ambulatorio all'altro... il tutto con cortesia e professionalità. ecografia accuratissima... referto dato prima che uscissi da li: nessuna strada aggiuntiva e perdite di tempo x me o x loro. chiudo il quadro già ottimo dicendo che la struttura é pulitissima. Fantastic experience! waiting times x booking not even remotely comparable with those of the ASL. they also arranged for me to make appointments for 2 visits so that I didn't have to return twice but later. they managed me without making me bounce from one clinic to another ... all with courtesy and professionalism. very accurate ultrasound ... report given before I left them: no additional road and time wasted x me or x them. I close the already excellent picture by saying that the structure is very clean.

Consiglio: Provate con un po' di umiltà a mettervi nei panni di chi sta da questa parte, gente che sta male ed è spaventata dal contenuto di quella busta. Non sprecate risorse per polemizzare su una foto copia o un foglio di delega bene o male compilato. SIATE GENTILI. Gentle and gentle doctors and nurses, at least with patients of a certain age. S	Salvatore Fazzina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile mettersi in contatto telefonicamente.se risponde qualcuno ,con la scusa di attendete un attimo ti stacca la comunicazione.ho riprovato a chiamare più volte , ma staccano la comunicazione..uno schifo,e mancanza di educazione.una vergogna. Impossible to get in touch by telephone. If someone answers, with the excuse of waiting a moment you are disconnected from the communication. I tried again to call several times, but they disconnected the communication ... a crap, and lack of education. A shame.
G	Gianfranco Manotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefonicamente un disastro tempi d attesa lunghi quasi sempre occupato più volte in attesa per poi stranamente cade la linea....peccato ...mezz'ora fa ho fatto il sopra commento dopo quaranta minuti sono ancora in ballo tra cadute di linea e subentro di linee fax in attesa da 45 minuti..inaudito by phone a disaster long waiting times almost always busy several times waiting and then strangely the line falls .... sin ... half an hour ago I made the above comment after forty minutes I am still at stake between line drops and takeover of fax lines waiting for 45 minutes .. unheard
I	Issalola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solita lasciare brutte recensioni ma non condivido l'atteggiamento di "speculare" sulla salute della gente. Avevo impegnativa per risonanza entro 10 giorni. Dicono che non è disponibile entro il termine indicato, propongono una data che è oltre i 15 giorni. Oppure con tariffa agevolata a 110Euro entro i 10 giorni o, meglio ancora, con 200 Euro l'avrei potuta fare entro la settimana corrente! Un altro centro radiologico della zona, NON convenzionato con il SSN effettua lo stesso esame entro 2 giorni dalla chiamata a Euro 89!!! I don't usually leave bad reviews but I don't share the attitude of "speculating" about people's health. I had referral for MRI within 10 days. They say it is not available within the given deadline, they propose a date that is beyond 15 days. Or with a reduced rate of 110 Euros within 10 days or, better yet, with 200 Euros I could have done it within the current week! Another radiological center in the area, NOT affiliated with the SSN, carries out the same examination within 2 days of the call for Euro 89 !!!
