Fatta accettazione in tempi biblici ed ovviamente in ritardo. Esperenzia pessima e servizio decisamente indecente. We arrived 45 minutes earlier to do admission for a gastroscopy, 40 people in front of us and only one door open, despite the fact that there were 3 counters dedicated to this service. Accepted in biblical times and obviously late. Bad experience and very indecent service.

Attese telefoniche di oltre 40 minuti, ho risolto con uno scambio di mail (più volte sollecitate). Tuttavia, superato il non trascurabile ostacolo, ci si trova in una struttura curata, moderna, con un equipe medica empatica, gentile, disponibile nonché molto professionale e attenta (dermatologia). Dei due aspetti è sicuramente prezioso il secondo, per questo le 4 stelle. Peccato, un (forte) miglioramento organizzativo renderebbe la struttura eccellente, invece di penalizzarla. B	Battista Berna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visita oculistica: attesa estenuante e medici sgarbati, non mi è stata data la possibilità di entrare durante la visita di mio padre che ha quasi 88 anni!!! solo perche ho esternato il mio dissenso al medico, dopo aver visto "passare" davanti a mio padre 3 persone arrivate molto dopo di noi. Ovviamente questo reparto x noi è assolutamente OUT. Eye examination: exhausting waiting and rude doctors, I was not given the opportunity to enter during the visit of my father who is almost 88 years old !!! only because I expressed my disagreement to the doctor, after seeing "pass" in front of my father 3 people who arrived much after us. Obviously this department for us is absolutely OUT.

Come spesso accade nell'ambito medico i giudizi sono contrastanti, perciò non esprimo nessun giudizio in merito. Prendendo in considerazione la struttura e l'organizzazione il giudizio è positivo anche se potrebbero essere prese in considerazione alcune migliorie... M	MARCO Josefin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ala nuovo della clinica detta Smeraldo è molto pulita e rispettosa delle regole anti Covid, non è affollata e devi attendere poco per le visite specialistiche primariali..Vieni accolto in un ambiente gradevole e lo staff infermieristico è molto attento con i pazienti. Mi sono trovato bene anche nella visita primariale fisiatrica con il medico molto professionale e cordiale oltre che umano, cosa alquanto rara nel contesto attuale pandemico.. The new wing of the clinic called Smeraldo is very clean and respectful of the anti Covid rules, it is not crowded and you have to wait a short time for the primary specialist visits .. You are welcomed in a pleasant environment and the nursing staff is very attentive to patients. I also felt comfortable in the primary physiatric visit with the very professional and friendly doctor as well as human, which is quite rare in the current pandemic context ..
D	Daniele Bonura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le visite che ho eseguito in questa clinica, di cui due invasive, sono state svolte in maniera molto precisa da personale che reputo preparato e cordiale. Le tre stelle per un motivo solo. Ovvero nel 2020 ho eseguito qui una visita gastroenterologica tramite SSN, pagando quindi il ticket. Mi è stato dato l'esito della visita ma la cosa che mi disturba tantissimo è che tale esito non è stato caricato sul fascicolo sanitario come dovrebbe essere normalmente. Avendo perso tale esito è servendomi per altra visita chiedo chiarimenti alll sportello degli esiti e mi dicono che devo pagare per avere una copia e che non è stato messo nel Fascicolo Sanitario perché era il primo periodo covid e probabilmente il sistema era in crisi. Falsi, poiché ho fatto altro esame e anche questo svolto ad aprile 2022,non è stato caricato sul fascicolo sanitario. Mi viene il sospetto che lo facciano per fare ulteriore cassa nonostante di quelle visite ho pagato un ticket ed ho diritto di avere i miei documenti liberamente accessibili sul fascicolo sanitario... False, since I did another exam and this one also carried out in April 2022, it was not uploaded to the health file. I suspect that they do it to make more cash despite those visits I paid a ticket and I have the right to have my documents freely accessible on the health record ... Smart !!
