E hanno creato un clima bellissimo, è un piacere andare ad allenarsi anche alle 20.30 dopo una giornata massacrante al lavoro.. Mi sta facendo bene ???????? Una volta entrati si entra subito a far parte di una grande famiglia di cui è impossibile farne a meno. Decisamente il miglior box crossfit della zona ! Ormai è come essere in una "grande famiglia", lo raccomando a tutti! I have been attending the box for a year now, and I have always had a great time both with the coaches, very nice but at the same time very professional and attentive to the "health" of the athletes, and with the many people (and now friends) who train there. It is now like being in a "big family", I recommend it to everyone!

Non sei mai lasciato indietro nonostante ci siano tante persone da seguire e l'allenamento viene adattato al tuo modo di allenarti e alla tua preparazione. Anche se non hai mai avuto esperienza in questa disciplina puoi partire tranquillamente fino a raggiungere ottimi risultati. Consigliatissimo per chi come me fa vita di ufficio, gli allenamenti sono ben spalmati su tutta la settimana. Well structured place, qualified and trained staff. You are never left behind despite the fact that there are so many people to follow and the training is adapted to your way of training and your preparation. Even if you have never had experience in this discipline, you can easily leave until you reach excellent results. Highly recommended for anyone like me who lives in the office, the workouts are well spread over the whole week.

Ti seguono nella crescita dalle basi in poi. Il punto a loro favore e’ che anche una volta migliorato dopo due anni di crossfit di correggono e ti migliorano la tecnica in continuazione fino ad arrivare alla perfezione.
