Studio Odontoiatrico Del Malvò

Prima di scegliere il dentista ho consultato ben 6 professionisti. Alla fine mi sono rivolta all’Equipe del dott. Del Malvò. Avevo dei diastemi tra i denti che da sempre mettevano in imbarazzo quando dovevo sorridere. Il dottore mi ha proposto una soluzione provvisoria per vedere come sarebbe stato il mio sorriso con delle faccette dentali e mi sono innamorata del risultato! Ho così deciso di procedere con i definitivi. Tutta l’equipe è molto gentile e disponibile, vi ringrazio di cuore per l’attenzione dedicata.

Ero un po' titubante nello scegliere un dentista online visto che, sebbene un impianto sia un intervento ormai di routine, è comunque un trattamento invasivo che deve essere fatto nel migliore dei modi per durare nel tempo. Sono entrato in cura presso questo studio ad inizio estate del 2021 e devo dire che ora, a percorso ultimato sono molto soddisfatto. Lo studio del Malvò si è rivelato essere molto competitivo nei prezzi e molto disponibile e flessibile. Il Dottore infatti non ha mai lesinato piccoli interventi non previsti "in corsa" senza pretendere un solo euro in più. Inoltre, non abitando io a Torino, si è premurato di fare un piano cure che condensasse per quanto possibile i lavori. Gli appuntamenti sono sempre stati presi con precisione e rispettati praticamente sempre. Studio giovane, con voglia di fare e attenzione al paziente e sicuramente consigliato. Un accadimento che mi ha fatto molto piacere è quando, dopo essermi recato da un paio di altri dentisti che mi consigliavano di estrarre un dente del giudizio, il Dottore mi ha chiaramente detto che, visto che non mi causava particolari problemi, non ce ne sarebbe stato bisogno e che lo avremmo trattato eventualmente nel futuro qualora la situazione fosse cambiata. Dott Enrico e a tutto lo Studio Dentistico Del Malvo’ devo ringraziare per la attenzione e necessità di intervenire a miei problemi Dentari che si sono presentati da due anni circa ed in corso . Con molta professionalità, competenza hanno trovato la cura e oggi applicato un Intervento di un impianto . Su Sua scrupolosa valutazione per l’applicazione delle corone successive ha innestato uno spessore per allineare e riportare la quota gengivale . Del Malvò tramite le ottime recensioni sul web e non posso fare altro che confermarle in quanto sin dal primo appuntamento tutto il personale ha dimostrato competenza, serietà e gentilezza. Il Dott. Enrico trasmette grande sicurezza e dimostra grande attenzione per i pazienti. Inoltre, non rinuncia mai ad illustrare le attività che eseguirà, trasmettendo professionalità e preparazione. Mi ritengo molto soddisfatto del risultato e della qualità dei materiali utilizzati. Infine, gli orari degli appuntamenti sono sempre stati rispettati e l’igiene dello studio è molto curato.

I've been to quite a few dentists in my life, ranging from some high-end clinics in Stockholm all the way to some pretty basic ones in Mumbai and I have to say, Enrico & his team are running this operation really well! I've always felt very comfortable with them, they've done an excellent job doing some complicated root canal treatment. Certainly highly recommended, finally I have a dentist I can rely on!

(I'm writing this review in English since I don't speak Italian and this could be helpful for people who are temporarily in Turin like me) The short story: They solved all my pain and I was extremely happy with all the help they offered me. Everyone was super kind with me all the time. The human factor of Dr. Enrico's team was something I wish I could find in all dentists/business. :) The long story: I was temporarily in Turin due to work and unfortunately I had dental pain. I waited to see if it improved but, of course, it just went worse. So I searched for a dentist on Google Maps in Turin and I was amazed with the high number of 5 stars reviews of this clinic. "There must be something wrong", I thought. But then I checked the website and I was amazed with the good quality of the design and content. I am telling you this because I was in another country with no possible references and just by looking at the quality of the website, I could feel this clinic was very professional. So I sent them an email in English praying they would answer that they could see me and that they would speak English, and in just 20 minutes they said "Sure, no problem, what about tomorrow morning"? I was so happy! Enrico, the director of this clinic, saw me personally and did his best to explain my problem in English. Apparently I had a root canal that wasn't done properly, so they offered me a re-retreatment of the root canal. Enrico was very professional and I felt I was in good hands. That's when I met Giovanni, the endodontist/root canal expert. He did lots of tests before treating me so he could be 100% sure of my problem and how to do the re-treatment. I really appreciate that, everything seemed so professional to me! Giovanni spoke English very well and he was very nice with me all the time. In the end, after working very hard to try to save my tooth, Giovanni told me that it was impossible to continue the re-retreatment with a good chance of success. This is something that can happen, and I remember my dentist in Spain told me some years ago that that particular tooth was in a very bad condition because basically the wisdom tooth next to this molar almost destroyed it. Giovanni and Enrico offered me the possibility to do a "crown lengthening", which both Enrico and Giovanni explained to me in detail, but in the end we decided that it would be much wiser to just extract the tooth in terms of success rate/money. However, I am very grateful that they were very honest to me all the time and that they tried very hard to save my tooth. And, since in the end everything failed, they just charged me for the extraction. I said I wanted to pay more, but they said that wouldn't be ethical, so I was really impressed with their honesty since I honestly think I wasn't "profitable", so to speak. I really valued that! :) During the extraction, I felt a bit stressed since it was a complicated molar. However, Enrico said several times "Don't worry, everything is normal, it just needs time", which I really appreciated as a tooth extraction is not definitely a happy moment in your life. Well, that's all, right? No! Unfortunately, my extracted tooth had a complication some days later called "dry socket" (alveolitis). This wasn't anyone's fault (I also did my best to take care of me after the extraction), it can happen to anyone and I also had it when another dentist extracted me the four wisdom teeth in the past (I read that this means I have a predisposition for dry socket). But the important thing here is that I called them and they told me I could visit them right away as an emergency visit. Enrico saw me and solved the issue in a couple of minutes for good. Finally!!! I need to finish my review because I can't write more characters, but please listen to me - no matter how far you are from this clinic, it will be worth going there because Enrico, Giovanni and all the clinic team will be delighted to help you and be pain-free. :) THANKS TO ALL DR.
