Online non c'è praticamente mai disponibilità per fare nulla, telefonicamente c'è sempre una lunga attesa e poi più di una volta, arrivato il mio turno, è caduta magicamente la linea o peggio ancora, sono tornata in coda come se fossi l'ultima. Questa è davvero una rottura, le persone non hanno ore da perdere in attesa, soprattutto per visite urgenti. I have often been on visits / exams in this medical center. I can't complain about the professionals who work there, but making a reservation is always an odyssey. Online there is practically never availability to do anything, by telephone there is always a long wait and then more than once, when my turn came, the line magically dropped or worse still, I went back to the queue as if I were the last. This is really a bummer, people don't have hours to waste waiting, especially for urgent visits.

Poco professionali e poco rispettosi...lasciate il posto a giovani medici!!! Nella prenotazione ho lasciato il messaggio e sono stata richiamata il giorno dopo e una risonanza che non riuscivo a prenotare da altre parti, perché non c'era posto (nonostante la richiesta medica urgente), da loro l'abbiamo fatta in tempi rapidi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato. The firm is well organized both in terms of telephone booking and management of entrances and visits. In the reservation I left the message and I was called back the next day and a resonance that I could not book elsewhere, because there was no room (despite the urgent medical request), we made it to them quickly. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Ultimamente le cose sono peggiorate in modo considerevole (dipende dall'apertura del nuovo centro?). Lo scorso 30 /12 ho chiamato alle 15.38: ero la nona persona in attesa...alle 18.31 ero ancora in attesa e, logorata e senza più possibilità di attendere, ho riagganciato. Ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria, ma a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto alcun cenno. Il form per le prenotazioni online è inutilizzabile...proverò ad andare di persona. Chissà se ce la ferò a prenotare? Bah!! Non è certo un granchè, pur comprendendo la difficoltà del periodo. Hello, I state that until a year ago my family and I have always relied on Studio M. Visita fisiatrica alle ore 11,15 del 21 gennaio dalla Dott.ssa Anna Miglietti: medico evidentemente molto preparata, gentilissima, molto, molto professionale. Grazie Dottoressa, se si fosse potuto Le avrei inserito 6 stelle! Ho ancora avuto bisogno oggi, 25 gennaio, ed avrò ancora necessità in futuro, dello Studio; confermo l'ottimo giudizio che avevo espresso e, per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza, essa è ottima ad iniziare dal ragazzo gentilissimo che all'ingresso regola l'accesso fornendo pure utili indicazioni. Bravissime anche le segretarie. Friendly staff, very welcoming environment. Physiatric visit at 11.15 on 21 January by Dr. Anna Miglietti: obviously very prepared, very kind, very, very professional doctor. Thanks Doctor, if it had been possible I would have inserted 6 stars! I still needed today, January 25, and I will still need in the future, the Firm; I confirm the excellent opinion I had expressed and, as regards the welcome, it is excellent starting with the very kind boy who regulates access at the entrance providing useful information as well. The secretaries are also very good.

Voglio esprimerle i miei complimenti per la professionalità e ringraziarla per la sensibilità e comprensione dimostrata, cosa tutt'altro che scontata. Sovente le recensioni sia positive che negative si rivolgono al personale medico ed infermieristico dimenticandosi che anche il modo in cui le persone rispondono al telefono possono fare la differenza tra un centro medico e l'altro. I booked some services for my dad and me, as it happened that in both bookings the reception clerk was Cristina. I want to congratulate you on your professionalism and thank you for your sensitivity and understanding, which is far from obvious. Often both positive and negative reviews are addressed to medical and nursing staff forgetting that even the way people answer the phone can make the difference between one medical center and another.
