1) periodo Covid, in sala d'attesa alle ore 8.00 circa, arriva il personale, non ce n'è uno che entri con la mascherina, almeno è presente un guardiano che obbliga i clienti ad indossarla.
2) tra gli operatori, non ho mai trovato personale così invaso da insicurezze, approssimazioni e soprattutto risposte alle mie domande col condizionale, del resto mi rivolgo a loro perché sono gli addetti ai lavori altrimenti farei da solo.
3) in contraddizione al punto due, durante la compilazione del 730 si è generato un atteggiamento così ingiustificatamente pedante e meticoloso che è stata messa in discussione una detrazione proprio all'ultimo anno di validità (il 10°) nonostante altri 4 caf/commercialisti precedenti la gestissero correttamente e sull'atto del notaio fosse scrupolosamente dettagliato quanto pagato.
Sono dispiaciuto dell'accaduto, spero che migliorino anche per evitare che in futuro danneggino altri utenti come me, tra tempo, benzina, lavoro e arrabbiature inutili. Da ora, cercherò di evitare il loro servizio come per un malanno, fortunatamente per compilare un 730 esistono altre infinite strutture valide.

I'm sorry about what happened, I hope they improve also to avoid that in the future they damage other users like me, between time, gasoline, work and unnecessary anger. From now on, I will try to avoid their service as if for a disease, luckily there are infinite other valid structures to compile a 730.
