Ma pensate che la gente abbia tempo di andare e venire dalla vostra sede! Senza considerare le problematiche fisiche che possa avere un anziano!!!!! Vergognatevi!!!!
I find it incompetent if by telephone it is said that no appointment is needed and then once you get there it says otherwise ... But think that people have time to come and go from your home! Without considering the physical problems that an elderly person may have !!!!! Shame on you!!!!
