Mi sono recata in questo studio per avere un preventivo di spese sulle partecipazioni di nozze e la proprietaria ( o commessa? ) è stata a dir poco evasiva. Mi è stato detto, con mancanza di professionalità e palese svogliatezza, che avrebbe dovuto aggiornare i prezzi, perché quelli presenti in negozio erano relativi all'anno precedente. Lasciando un indirizzo di posta elettronica, mi avrebbe mandato il tutto via mail. Ho acconsentito ed iniziato pertanto a sfogliare il catalogo, in modo da sceglierne 2/3, con delicatezza in modo da non sgualcire le pagine, "scocciando" ulteriormente ed evidentemente la commessa, che ha frainteso le mie intenzioni a non voler rovinare il materiale, prendendomi probabilmente per una che avesse voglia di farle perdere del tempo inutilmente. In seguito ad aver selezionato le predilette, le ho domandato se si potesse almeno sapere il prezzo dell'anno passato, così da avere indicativamente una cifra e capire se potesse rientrare nel mio budget, considerato che non avrei voluto spendere più di un paio d' euro a partecipazione (visto che il prezzo poteva solo aumentare e di sicuro non scendere). Mi è stato risposto che di certo, quelle appena visionate, partivano da un minimo di 2,50/3,00 €. Magari dirlo prima, visto che era proprio quel che stavo domandando? Risultato? Preventivo non pervenuto e trovato il materiale che mi serviva circa mezz'ora dopo. Non piace perdere tempo a lei come non piace perdere tempo a me. Bad experience. After having selected the favorites, I asked her if you could at least know the price of the past year, so as to have an indicative figure and understand if it could fit into my budget, considering that I would not have wanted to spend more than a couple of euro per participation (since the price could only increase and certainly not go down). I was told that certainly, those just viewed, started from a minimum of € 2.50 / € 3.00. Maybe say it first, since that was exactly what I was asking? Result? Quote not received and found the material I needed about half an hour later. She doesn't like wasting time, just as she doesn't like wasting time.
