Mi sono sentita ascoltata dalla signorina preposta all'ufficio; estremamente preparata, non solo ha risposto con chiarezza alle mie domande, ma si è davvero impegnata per trovare una soluzione adatta al mio caso specifico. Qualcosa di onesto ancora esiste.?????
