C	Catia Daghero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scortesia e maleducazione gratuite con polemiche per il mio imballo perchè non ups ma dhl ...ma che cosa c' entra l' imballo esterno!!???io per eseguire la spedizione ho prenotato e pagato il servizio ups e non ho neanche fatto scomodare il corriere ma ho portato in sede pensando di fare una cortesia...ammazza!!la prossima volta prenoto il corriere almeno non mi maltratta! rudeness and rudeness free with controversy for my packaging because not ups but dhl ... but what is there the external packaging !! ??? me to execute the shipment I have booked and paid the ups service and I have not even done inconvenience the courier but I took the office thinking to do a courtesy ... kill! the next time I book the courier, at least it won't mistreat me!

m	mario zaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spedito un pacco importante il 14 Dicembre destinazione Bergamo. Il 21 Dicembre ancora fermo in filiale. Chiamo per sbloccare la situazione e mi dicono che non ci possono fare niente: prima di Natale (10 giorni prima!!!) è sempre tutto bloccato. Non lo sapevano quando mi hanno fatto pagare 32 Euro per la spedizione? Perchè utilizzano un corriere come SDA di Poste Italiane che non è degno neppure di un paese del terzo mondo? Nessuna possibilità neppure di contattare il corriere da parte di privato ovviamente. Complimenti per il servizio! Come al solito il cliente è l'ultima ruota del carro e il negozio non ha certamente attenuato questa sensazione con il suo comportamento. Mai più Mail Boxes, mai più SDA. An important package was sent on December 14th to Bergamo. On December 21st still stopped in the branch. I call to unlock the situation and they tell me that there is nothing they can do: before Christmas (10 days before !!!) everything is always blocked. Didn't they know when they charged me 32 Euros for shipping? Why do they use a courier like SDA from Poste Italiane that is not even worthy of a third world country? No possibility even to contact the courier from a private individual of course. Congratulations on the service! As usual, the customer is the last wheel of the cart and the shop has certainly not attenuated this feeling with his behavior. No more Mail Boxes, never again SDA.

S	Simona C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 5 stelle perché fanno il loro lavoro ed il ragazzo che ci lavora fa il possibile per accontentare sia i clienti che la signora bionda (credo sia la titolare), abbassando la testa e subendo. La signora bionda è leggermente antipatica. Per non dire che mi è capitato un paio di volte di vederla urlare al povero ragazzo nonostante la mia presenza. Mi sono sentita in imbarazzo per lei... I give 5 stars because they do their job and the guy who works there does everything possible to please both the customers and the blonde lady (I think she is the owner), lowering his head and suffering. The blonde lady is slightly obnoxious. Not to mention that I happened a couple of times to see her scream at the poor boy despite my presence. I felt embarrassed for her ...
