★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno chiesto 8 EURO in più per mandarmi a casa la voltura dicendomi che avevano difficoltà nel stampare la pratica. Ovviamente mi sono rifiutato visto che non è colpa mia.
They asked me for an extra 8 EURO to send me the transfer home and told me they were having difficulty printing the file. Obviously I refused since it's not my fault.
