C	Cettina Leotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io da 50 anni, esattamente, frequento questo studio ed ho sempre constatato serietà e competenza fra tutto il personale medico e lo staff. Personalmente mi hanno risposto alla seconda chiamata. Una volta mi hanno anche ricontattato tramite e-mail in cui mi hanno riprogrammato l'appuntamento. Ciò dimostra la serietà e professionalità che da sempre li hanno contraddistinti. Ma leggendo i commenti evidentemente è un'abitudine, mancano proprio i valori alla base dell'accoglienza dei clienti, e non trovate la scusa del "la Linea telefonica è sempre occupata perché rispondiamo e diamo spiegazioni ai nostri clienti" perché è un'altra presa in giro dato che su tante chiamate la maggior parte delle volte risultava occupato ma almeno circa 15 volte mi è capitato che squillava ma non hanno proprio risposto anzi dopo un po' rifiutavano la chiamata. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi da un'altra parte come ho fatto io e infatti ho già pure i risultati, e menomale, perché specialmente se come nel mio caso è a pagamento non vale la pena pagare per il loro servizio. Invito la direzione a potenziare il sistema di prenotazione, magari con un alternativa su WhatsApp come fanno altri studi. Per il resto lo studio è professionale e all'avanguardia nella diagnostica per immagini. I have tried to call hundreds of times, I repeat HUNDREDS, and it is always BUSY. G	Giu' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo studio qualche mese fa con la mia ragazza una sola volta ed è bastata per non mettere mai più piede li dentro. Non so il nome di chi ha fatto l'ecografia ma so che è stato poco professionale nonchè maleducato in quanto anzichè svolgere professionalmente il controllo e limitarsi ad eseguire il proprio lavoro, è arrivato pure ad alzare il tono di voce facendo discorsi offensivi nei nostri riguardi e discriminatori sui vaccini che non avevano nulla a che fare con l'ecografia. L'ho invitato più volte educatamente a svolgere semplicemente il proprio lavoro ma ha proseguito un paio di minuti prima che si convincesse a visitare. Un altra cosa strana che in altri studi non ho mai visto personalmete è lo stesso Medico che si siede sullo stesso letto accanto al paziente per fare l'ecografia. Another strange thing that I have never personally seen in other studies is the same Doctor who sits on the same bed next to the patient to do the ultrasound.

In barba alle norme anti covid almeno 40 persone nelle 2 salette e sul pianerottolo. Quando ho detto che sarei andata via, la signora mi ha detto, sgarbatamente: Va bene signora, può andare". Non andrò mai più. La maleducazione è la mancanza di rispetto al massimo Mi spiace ma devo contraddirla. Chi aspettava era lì per prenotare, visto che non rispondete al telefono, e per effettuare l'esame. La signora che ho trovato all'accettazione aveva l'appuntamento fissato un'ora prima e si è dovuta riaccomodare in attesa di essere chiamata. Puramente indicativo? Non mi pare Ed allora basterebbe dire:in ordine di arrivo Bad service. Waiting hours are expected, regardless of the time given for the exam. R	Riccardo Milton BRUNO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in data odierna presso questo Studio dopo aver prenotato telefonicamente una ecografia all'addome completo, nonostante avessi la ricetta medica del S.S.N. i tempi di attesa dalla prenotazione alla visita sono stati rapidi (meno di due settimane) a differenza di altri Studi nella zona dove vi erano attese di oltre 7 mesi per chi non accettasse di farsi visitare a pagamento bypassando il S.S.N. Sorprendente anche la squisita gentilezza dell'infermiera alla reception e del medico anch'egli gentilissimo e di alta professionalità. Lo Studio per le motivazioni sopra esposte non é lussuoso ma efficiente e alla portata economica di tutti, del resto chi va in uno Studio medico ha una necessità di salute o controllo, cercando efficienza e qualità professionale, non va di certo per trovarsi un centro benessere relax. Grazie allo Staff Medico con la "M" maiuscola, che rende onore a quel giuramento di Ippocrate oggi purtroppo disatteso da molti altri che purtroppo tendono alla cura del profitto anziché del malato. Spero che questo comportamento possa essere preso da esempio da altri Studi medici.
