★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente da due giorni cerco di prenotare telefonicamente, ma è impossibile. Linea sempre occupata, e se hai la fortuna di trovarla libera. Viene messa giù o peggio, non rispondono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare zero lo avrei dato volentieri.
Ieri mi sono recata presso la struttura per effettuare alla mia bambina di due anni una radiografia al torace.
Mi si viene chiesto green pass ovviamente fornito e misurazione della temperatura ho espressamente detto, dato la mia precisione, che la bambina avesse la febbre nonostante durante la loro misurazione la temperatura fosse nella norma.
Solo dopo aver dato la documentazione richiesta e solo perché io ho dichiarato che la bambina avesse la febbre mi si viene chiesto il tampone della piccola ovviamente da me fatto.
Espongo il tampone alla sgarbudica segretaria che con arroganza mi chiede di mandarlo via mail....a quel punto non ho resistito....mi trovo a 1 metro di distanza e devo mandare una mail??? Con mia figlia in braccio che chiaramente non stava bene.
Ma stiamo scherzando???????

Yesterday I went to the facility to have my two-year-old daughter had a chest X-ray.
I was asked for a green pass obviously provided and temperature measurement. I expressly said, given my accuracy, that the child had a fever despite the fact that during their measurement the temperature was normal.
Only after having given the required documentation and only because I have declared that the child had a fever, I am asked for the swab of the child obviously made by me.
I expose the swab to the rude secretary who arrogantly asks me to send it by mail .... at that point I could not resist .... I am 1 meter away and I have to send an email ??? With my daughter in her arms she was clearly not well.
Are we joking???????

Nonostante avevamo fatte altre due eco nel recente passato in strutture diverse non erano stati in grado di rilevare il problema.
Grazie ad un esame ecografico presso la vostra struttura,
mio figlio ha risolto un problema che si portava avanti da 5 mesi creando grandi disagi fisici e molte preoccupazioni a noi genitori.
Avete doti umane eccellenti e una simpatia di base che di certo non guasta. Ottima struttura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotare telefonicamente risulta impossibile. Meglio rivolgersi altrove. Non capisco perché non si impegnino a risolvere questo inconveniente non da poco. Bisogna pensare soprattutto ad una utenza di anziani. Ovviamente mi aspetto la solita risposta: Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente.....ecc....ecc....
Booking by phone is impossible. Better to go elsewhere. I do not understand why they do not undertake to resolve this inconvenience not just. Above all, we need to think of an elderly user. Obviously I expect the usual answer: Sorry for the inconvenience ..... etc .... etc ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insegnate alle segretarie che stanno alla reception ad essere più attente, cortesi e disponibili. Oggi arrivo in perfetto orario per fare radiografia a pagamento consegno i documenti e mi viene consegnato il numero. Dopo arriva una signora in perfette condizioni anche lei per fare una radiografia e viene fatta passare prima. Chiedo spiegazioni ma la segretaria fa finta che non mi sente, una grandissima maleducata. Alla fine sono andata via e non ho fatto la radiografia. Non verrò mai più e inoltre non lo consiglio. Struttura buona ma personale non valido.
Teach the secretaries at the reception to be more attentive, courteous and helpful. Today I arrive on time to do paid x-rays, I deliver the documents and the number is given to me. Then a lady arrives in perfect condition to do an X-ray and is passed first. I ask for explanations but the secretary pretends that she doesn't hear me, a very big rude. Eventually I left and didn't do the x-ray. I will never come again and also do not recommend it. Good facility but bad staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto molte volte la necessità di effettuare radiografie, esami clinici e quant'altro viene eseguito in questo centro. Conosco lo studio radiologico D'AMORE da molti anni e ritengo doveroso complimentarmi con la direzione per le apparecchiature modernissime di qualità elevata. Il personale molto disponibile e professionale, ma devo fare un reclamo solenne a chi non risponde mai al telefono, avendo avuto grande necessità, per diverse volte, anzi molte volte di telefonare per chiarimenti, prezzi e varie domande: non risponde mai nessuno al telefono nonostante siano presenti 4 o 5 numeri telefonici tra rete fissa e cellulari. Le risposte si ottengono solamente trasmettendo una mail!!!! Sono dispiaciuto immensamente per tutte quelle persone anziane o vecchie che non dispongono di un indirizzo di posta elettronica oppure non sanno utilizzare queste procedure!!!!!! Come faranno???? Devono desistere oppure farsi accompagnare da qualcuno al centro!! È un vero peccato perché in questo centro si possono avere ottimi prezzi economici per tutto, da me verificati rispetto a tanti altri centri radiologici e non solo! Hanno i migliori prezzi per tutto, sia per ticket sia per esami a pagamento, e per questo faccio i miei complimenti alla direzione sanitaria. Desidero che disponendo di tutti questi numeri telefonici le signore centraliniste rispondano alle chiamate. Quando ciò avverrà assegnerò 5 stelle: per ora riconosco 4 stelle meritate, encomiando la struttura, le apparecchiature all'avanguardia ed il personale altamente qualificato.
I have had many times the need to carry out x-rays, clinical examinations and anything else that is performed in this center. I have known the D'AMORE radiology studio for many years and I feel it is my duty to congratulate the management for the very modern high quality equipment. The staff are very helpful and professional, but I have to make a solemn complaint to those who never answer the phone, having had a great need, several times, indeed many times to call for clarifications, prices and various questions: no one ever answers the phone despite there are 4 or 5 telephone numbers between landline and mobile phones. The answers are obtained only by sending an email !!!! I am immensely sorry for all those elderly or old people who do not have an e-mail address or do not know how to use these procedures !!!!!! How will they do ???? They must give up or be accompanied by someone to the center !! It is a real shame because in this center you can have excellent cheap prices for everything, which I have verified compared to many other radiological centers and more! They have the best prices for everything, both for tickets and for paid exams, and for this I congratulate the health management. I want the receptionist ladies to answer the calls by having all these telephone numbers. When this happens I will assign 5 stars: for now I recognize 4 deserved stars, commending the structure, the state-of-the-art equipment and the highly qualified staff.
