Non ho provato la email...... ma' sarà solo tempo perso Grumpy and rude uncivilized staff All morning calling they do not answer either to the landline that is perpetually busy and to the mobile they have ... it is also wattzapp! È da giovedì che attenendomi alle loro indicazioni per il Covid cerco di raggiungerli telefonicamente per prenotare un esame. Il numero fisso è staccato già dalle 10.30. Il numero di cellulare fornito che dovrebbe permettere la comunicazione via whatsapp non risulta avere questa connessione, squilla a vuoto senza che nessuno si degni di rispondere. Credo che il rispetto dei clienti cominci già dal Front Office. Per fortuna a Catania ci sono altri centri a cui potersi rivolgere. Se facessimo tutti così credo che sarebbero un po' più attenti alla clientela, che nel mio caso sarebbe anche pagante. A star because it can't be zero. Ho chiesto un informazione e la signora dell'accettazione, per rispondere, si è messa a gridare. Mi hanno dato l'appuntamento che coincideva con un altra prenotazione. Poi, non rispettano la legge sulla privacy. Chiamano le persone per nome e cognome. I also have a star because you can't put zero !! On check-in the staff are very rude.
