La signora allo sportello si è presentata come la responsabile dello studio Rinaldo, mi dice che è la dottoressa Rinaldo, arrogante e insolente, mi ha cacciata dicendomi che se non dovevo pagare dovevo spostarmi perché doveva lavorare. Purtroppo invece non si guarda neanche in faccia un bambino e la professionista al servizio al pubblico dietro la vetrata mi risponde: signora per queste cose non deve venire qui ma al pronto soccorso. È vergognoso che si guardi solo al denaro e che non si sappia giudicare uno strappo alla regola da una paziente che vuole approfittarne. Peccato non ci fossero -25 stelline per la valutazione perché ve le avrei date volentieri. Cambiatelo questo personale impreparato e ineducato se non lo avete messo lì di proposito.
