★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La loro batteria si guasta, ancora in garanzia, e mandano via il cliente senza batteria in sostituzione, praticamente lasciandolo a piedi! Creando così un disagio enorme a diverse persone. Dopo una settimana, la batteria non è ancora pronta e lo rimandano di nuovo via senza batteria in sostituzione! Solo dopo le lamentele danno in sostituzione una vecchia batteria di amperaggio più piccolo!!!
La definiresti serietà questa? Io credo che in futuro ci penserò molto bene se andare ancora da loro o meno!!!
 Their battery fails, still under warranty, and they send the customer away without a replacement battery, practically leaving him on foot! Thus creating a huge inconvenience to several people. After a week, the battery is not yet ready and they send it away again without a replacement battery! Only after complaints do they replace an old smaller amperage battery !!!
Would you call this seriousness? I believe that in the future I will think about it very well whether to go to them again or not !!!
