Lo ha messo a suo agio e fatto vivere la visita con serenità. Una cardiologa molto professionale e competente, che mette a proprio agio gli assistiti, ed è molto esauriente nello spiegare. Le collaboratrici altrettanto meravigliose e professionali. Tempi di attesa brevi nonostante le norme riguardanti il Covid-19. La consiglierei sicuramente. Excellent experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sciacca for a visit to my son. It was wonderful both with us and with the baby. He put him at ease and made the visit live with serenity. A very professional and competent cardiologist, who puts patients at ease, and is very thorough in explaining. The equally wonderful and professional collaborators. Short waiting times despite Covid-19 regulations. I would certainly recommend it.

L'estenuante attesa (giuste le norme a riguardanti il covid, ma solo se adeguatamente supportate dal rispetto degli orari di visita. Con sole due persone prima di mia madre, l'attesa è durata ore) è risultata in una visita durata un tempo irrisorio rispetto a quanto aspettato, con una partecipazione superficiale da parte della dottoressa. Mi dispiace dover dare un parere negativo, ma non si può giustificare un atteggiamento così poco umano nei confronti dei pazienti (soprattutto anziani) solo per venire incontro alle norme del decreto a prevenzione del covid, visto anche che nessun paziente dovrebbe attendere così tanto in questo momento come sempre previsto dal decreto, essendo sintomo quindi anche di scarsa organizzazione. O	Orazio Viscuso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' la prima volta che sono stato in visita dalla Dott.ssa Sciacca è sono rimasto sorpreso dalla sua professionalità accurata e competente, aggiornata alle moderne tecniche strumentali che adopera con approccio dialogante con i pazienti e quindi con una umanità ormai rara in questi tempi. Ottimo anche il personale del triage. Non mi importa aspettare qualche minuto in più in sala di aspetto perchè so che ciò dipende dall'accuratezza che mette in ogni visita, quindi ce ne avvantaggiamo alla fine tutti noi pazienti. It is the first time that I have been visiting Dr. Sciacca and I was surprised by her accurate and competent professionalism, updated to modern instrumental techniques that she uses with an approach that dialogues with patients and therefore with a humanity now rare in these times. The triage staff are also excellent. I don't mind waiting a few more minutes in the waiting room because I know that it depends on the accuracy he puts into each visit, so we all patients benefit from it in the end.

È riuscita a capire in pochi minuti e guardandomi dritta negli occhi, il mio stato d'animo, ed in modo sincero, schietto e gentile mi ha spronata a trovare il modo di provarci e di cambiare, cercando di motivarmi e consigliarmi al meglio, ma con estrema delicatezza, quella che manca a tanti medici!!! Dottoressa davvero in gamba. Continuero' senza dubbio i miei controlli con lei. Very trained and professional doctor, but also kind and human. She managed to understand in a few minutes and looking straight into my eyes, my state of mind, and in a sincere, frank and kind way she encouraged me to find a way to try and change, trying to motivate and advise me as best as possible, but with extreme delicacy, what many doctors lack !!! Orario concordato le 10.30. Arrivo in studio qualche minuto prima e senza nessun approccio cordiale sono invitato ad aspettare nella sala d'attesa. Alle 11.15 mi avvicino timidamente all'accettazione per chiedere della tempistica e per esibire la richiesta del medico curante. Con fare sbrigativo mi viene risposto che quando sarà il mio turno avrò modo di esibire la ricetta. Premetto che al mio arrivo in studio (ore 10.20) vi erano in attesa 2 persone. Alle 11.40 piuttosto infastidito dal comportamento del personale che ignorava la mia presenza, disdico la visita manifestando la mia contrarietà è ricevendo come risposta una alzata di spalle ed atteggiamento passivo. Purtroppo della professionalità del medico non posso dire nulla ma un consiglio mi va di darlo: puntare ad una formazione del personale e maggiore rispetto dei pazienti. Fortunatamente vi sono altri professionisti in zona ai quali mi rivolgerò confidando in una maggiore attenzione al paziente.
