Ho prenotato 1 mese fa una visita per mia figlia dettando tutti i codici dell'impegnativa medica ma solo oggi al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che non eseguono l'esame. Non credo ci sia altro da aggiungere. A doctor's office that does not have the pos in 2020 already gives a clear signal of how it works. I booked a visit for my daughter 1 month ago dictating all the medical referral codes but only today upon my arrival they informed me that they do not perform the exam. I don't think there is anything else to add.

Sala d'attesa piena di gente senza rispettare le regole anticovid.... This study is to be closed. Phone always busy and when you find it free they do not answer, remaining on hold for minutes minutes. Waiting room full of people without respecting the anticovid rules ....

Dalle recensioni leggo che siete pessimi addirittura qualcuno scrive da chiudere. Non fate nulla per migliorare bocciati! N	Nicolò Simone La Vecchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non presentatevi prima delle 9.00! anche se vi danno l'appuntamento alle 9.00, perché lo studio apre a quell'ora, facendoti aspettare sul pianerottolo di 5mq, gente anziana, gente con neonati, all'inpiedi, tra l'altro creando assembramento (visto il periodo covid). La dottoressa si è addirittura lamentata che stavamo nel pianerottolo ad aspettare: 1-Se date un appuntamento alle 9.00 credo lo studio apra prima, quindi io che sono una persona seria ed educata mi presento ad un appuntamento 5min prima della visita in modo da non portare ritardi per le altre visite. 2- mettete un cartello di avviso davanti al portone di aspettare proprio fuori dall'altra palazzina se si arriva prima delle 9.00 3- non date appuntamenti alle 9.00 per evitare ciò, ma almeno 10min dopo. Spero che questa critica sia per voi non un offesa ma qualcosa per farvi migliorare anche su questo punto di vista. Ps abbiate un pó più di gentilezza per la gente anziana che aspetta e per chi ha neonati in braccio con borsoni al seguito, anziché inveire sulla gente. Ps have a little more kindness for the elderly people who are waiting and for those who have babies in their arms with bags in tow, rather than yelling at people.

Una volta era un buon centro. Very superficial visit. EKG lasted one minute. No questions about previous exams and health status. I was very unhappy. It was once a good center.

Non condivido per niente i commenti negativi che non corrispondono assolutamente con la realtà. Io mi sono trovata benissimo! Il Dott.Fichera è molto cordiale e in gamba anche le sue assistenti sono delle persone squisite. La mia prossima visita la farò senz'altro qui. Very kind and courteous, the visits are carried out in a thorough and accurate way. I do not agree at all with the negative comments that do not correspond absolutely with reality. I had a great time! Dr. Fichera is very friendly and his assistants are also very good people. I will definitely make my next visit here.
