Bedrijf met ook technici en advocaat op kantoor dus advies op maat en enkel aanspreekpunt voor alle zaken m.b.t. de vereniging van eigenaren Marco is knowledgeable, does not always respond immediately but comes up with a solution, which is not always easy in the maze of rules in Italy. Company with also technicians and lawyer in the office, so tailor-made advice and a single point of contact for all matters relating to the association of owners

Ogni tanto però potrebbe mandare un sollecito in meno e fare una telefonata in più. Comunque il meglio che ho vissuto fino ad ora I have the same administrator Marco in two condominiums. Fin dai primi passi la domanda che mi ponevo e di cui ho fatto un distinguo é stata: abbiamo bisogno di un amministratore con diverso tempo libero e che mi risponda simultaneamente a mail, telefonate, che faccia da psicologo per questioni di cortile e che venga a trovarmi al sabato durante il tempo libero, oppure abbiamo bisogno di un amministratore altamente preparato e qualificato a risolvere tematiche legislative, fiscali, tecniche di condominio e che abbia importanti conoscenze nel tessuto cittadino tra fornitori, imprese e istituzioni? Mi sono risposto che abbiamo sicuramente bisogno di questa figura.. Ed é quello che ho riscontrato nello studio Dandola. Complimenti ai collaboratori per i loro continui corsi di formazione e aggiornamento esposti in ufficio e piu in generale allo studio per gl innumerevoli palazzi gestiti soprattutto quelli di alto prestigio in centro città.
