l	laura tricomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo essere stata oggetto di continue chiamate per fissare un appuntamento per un trattamento viso, settimane fa fisso un appuntamento per oggi alle 10.15... chi mi ha accolta nemmeno sapeva che avevo appuntamento, la persona che mi avrebbe dovuto fare il trattamento in ritardo di almeno 20 minuti, mi chiedono di ripassare nel pomeriggio (se avessi potuto nel pomeriggio, avrei prenotato direttamente nel pomeriggio evitando di alzarmi presto visto che sono venuta apposta da Milano) ... sono passate quasi due ore ancora nemmeno una telefonata. ps. i prodotti non sono nemmeno un granché e costano uno sproposito. Non tornerò di certo after being the subject of constant calls to make an appointment for a facial treatment, weeks ago I fixed an appointment for today at 10.15 ... whoever welcomed me did not even know that I had an appointment, the person who was supposed to have me the late treatment of at least 20 minutes, they ask me to come back in the afternoon (if I could have done so in the afternoon, I would have booked directly in the afternoon avoiding getting up early since I came from Milan on purpose) ... almost two hours have passed, still not even a phone call. ps. the products are not even that great and cost a blunder. I will certainly not return
E	Esam AlEissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are excellent, but the prices at this store are a rip-off. I thought it was great that they gave me 200 euros discount on my 500 euros purchase, only to find that what I paid 300 euros for can be purchased for less than 100 euros on Amazon, US or UK.
