Obviously they took the tone and left the shop embittered. Very unpleasant. Ho avuto modo di assistere ad un trattamento indegno verso degli amici Giapponesi in visita alla città: Questi amici (madre e figlia) sono entrati nel negozio e io li attendevo sulla soglia quando una delle commesse si è rivolta a loro con tono sgarbato e scocciato in italiano (nonostante avessero chiesto informazioni in inglese) pensando che nessuno l'avrebbe capita. Ovviamente loro hanno colto il tono e hanno lasciato il negozio amareggiati. Nauseato. Le mani erano state disinfettate, ma probabilmente la sig.ra non ha visto e non si è nemmeno accorta del rumore nel premere il pulsante dell'erogatore gel, in quanto occupata a parlare con altra cliente. Non è educato rivolgersi ad una cliente con queste frasi .." Ha igienizzato le mani?? MI FACCIA VEDERE ??? MMH AVRA' PRESO IL RESIDUO DI QUELLO DI PRIMA !!!!!" lo trovo veramente sgarbato e maleducato, soprattutto verso chi le mani le ha igienizzate !!!!!!! Mi spiace dover andare a cercare la borsa che volevo prendere in un altro negozio, perché li non entrerò mai più!!!!!! Congratulations on the rudeness of the saleswoman .... Dopo aver girato inutilmente i negozi del centro (compreso il monomarca.....)alla ricerca di guanti in pelle persi poco prima ho tentato anche Butti Fashion con poche speranze , ma Cinzia si è attivata subito e nel giro di mezz'ora mi ha richiamato dicendomi di averli recuperati!!!! Gli stessi , misura perfetta e.......scontati.Senza parole , efficiente , gentile e premurosa.Complimenti ancora Cinzia Cinzia a guarantee !!!! La commessa che mi ha accolto con un bel sorriso, mi ha lasciato il tempo per guardare la merce esposta ed è stata molto cortese e gentile nel rispondere alle mie domande sugli articoli che mi avevano colpito. Purtroppo questa volta non ho trovato quello che cercavo ma tornerò sicuramente I went in on Saturday, intrigued by the windows of the new collections.
