★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono stasera per informazioni relative ai vaccini antinfluenzali....la segreteria riferisce che per gli over 65 bisogna chiamare dopo il giorno 11..spiego che i miei genitori oltre ad essere over 65 sono pazienti "fragili"...questa si agita..e mi dice in modo alterato..che ci sono pazienti oncologici più giovani che devono fare il vaccino..e mi chiude la conversazione!
Domani mando segnalazione ad ATS e medico..ma che modi sono!
 I call tonight for information on flu vaccines .... the secretariat reports that for over 65s you have to call after the 11th day .. Untraceable by phone for days, I go to the studio during the opening hours indicated, the studio closed without any notice. Shameful. I'll change primary care physician as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNA VOLTA i medici erano detti "di fiducia".....qui è un disastro. nemmeno una stella, e che non mi faceva andare avanti. Mi spiace ma penso che un lavoro soprattutto quello di un medico, di uno studio medico, debba essere fatto con umanità, coscienza e un po di cuore. Ma i tempi cambiano, pazienza.....
ONCE the doctors were called "trustworthy" ..... here it is a disaster. not even a star, and that didn't keep me going. I'm sorry but I think that a job, especially that of a doctor, of a doctor's office, must be done with humanity, conscience and a little heart. But times change, patience .....

Se qualcuno dovesse aver bisogno per davvero il mio consiglio è di non provare nemmeno a telefonare.
Inoltre da segnalare il tatto e l'educazione della segretaria, che probabilmente prima lavorava in un mattatoio
This morning I called 36 times: either it rings busy, or nobody answers. In 2021, for a doctor's office, it's embarrassing.
If anyone really needs it, my advice is not to even try to call.

Quindi chi ha altre patologie può tranquillamente morire, alla faccia del famoso giuramento tanto sventolano dalla categoria. Situazione da denuncia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficilissimo prendere la linea, segretaria/e sempre troppo occupate e stressate… a volte scortesi. Orari di presidio del medico cambiano senza preavviso ( avete i nostri cellulari, le nostre e-mail, cosa costa avvisare gli utenti????). Insomma, se ci volevano complicare la vita ci sono riusciti. Considerando che fortunatamente non ho bisogno spesso non oso immaginare come sta chi e’ costretto a chiedere udienza più frequentemente….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È più facile stabilire un contatto con forme di vita aliene e non ancora conosciute all' uomo piuttosto che riuscire a mettersi in contatto con loro. Linea libera che continua a squillare senza ricevere una risposta e no, non è il numero o la linea che va male, a volte capita di trovare la linea stranamente occupata. Si prova un contatto in quel momento in cui si pensa che qualche forma umana sia vicino al telefono ma niente..la linea torna a squillare ma nessuno ha forze per alzare quella santa cornetta. Per avere un numero di protocollo conviene studiare 25 anni per diventare dottori e farselo da solo. Dottor grossi nulla da dire ma la segreteria penso sia solo una leggenda o creature mitologiche.
PS la stella è per il dottore..il resto non merita nulla..
It is easier to establish contact with alien life forms and not yet known to man than to be able to get in touch with them. Free line that keeps ringing without receiving an answer and no, it's not the number or the line that goes wrong, sometimes you find the line strangely busy. You feel a contact in that moment in which you think that some human form is near the phone but nothing .. the line starts ringing again but no one has the strength to pick up that holy handset. To have a protocol number it is better to study 25 years to become a doctor and do it yourself. Doctor big nothing to say but I think the secretariat is just a legend or mythological creatures.
PS the star is for the doctor .. the rest deserves nothing ..
