M	Massimo Cherubini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da pochi mesi sono cliente di questa struttura, dopo aver assunto come medico curante la dottoressa Di CIOMMO.. consiglio a tutti questo studio medico per la grande professionalità dei medici che esercitano la professione in loco, il servizio medico è coadiuvato da un servizio di accoglienza clientela davvero ottimo, le receptionist sono gentili e molto professionali, il servizio offerto con ambulatorio con un infermiera annessa è davvero un surplus per i clienti.. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura che tra l altro si trova sopra una farmacia che per i pazienti può risultare comodissima x il ritiro dei farmaci..senza tralasciare gentilezza e cortesia davvero un attività che funziona.... Dicono che hanno l'ascensore ma non c'è scritto da nessuna parte e dato che dovevo accompagnare una persona disabile e' stato molto difficile salire le scale per poi essere aggredita dal personale incompetente. Very surly and rude staff. For being the first time I was showing up for a specialist visit, I was attacked by the staff. They say they have an elevator but it is not written anywhere and since I had to accompany a disabled person it was very difficult to climb the stairs and then be attacked by the incompetent staff.

Avevo prenotato il vaccino antinfluenzale per mia mamma di 85 anni con problemi di deambulazione, arriviamo lì e le segretarie che stavano ciac colando ci dicono che i vaccini non ci sono. Ma nessuno si è preoccupato di avvertire? Né loro, né il medico? Roba da pazzi! Quindi io ho fatto un viaggio a vuoto, vengo da Campi Bisenzio per accompagnare mia mamma, lei si è stancata per nulla, inoltre in un momento così difficile in cui ci raccomandano di uscire solo per cose necessarie. Che schifoooo!!!!ii Dimenticavo di dire che abbiamo chiamato tutta la mattina per sapere se il vaccino c'era, ma i numeri dei due numeri di telefono uno non è corretto, l'altro fisso occupato.Andate a fare un altro lavoro che è meglio! Mia figlia che è medico a Campi, i vaccini alle persone anziane li va a fare a domicilio! Dottorucoli prendete esempio! Rude and unprofessional staff.
