★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal 7 di gennaio hanno inviato l' ordine per un cambio di misura di un anello....oggi 23 febbraio ancora niente anello.... Sono passata 3 volte in negozio e 3 volte mi hanno detto cose diverse... Arriva entro 20/30 giorni, poi sono diventati 30/40 e l ultimo aggiornamento è l arrivo a marzo e nemmeno si sa quando... Capisco che possa essere colpa dei fornitori ma il fatto che continuano a cambiare data di arrivo mi sembra proprio una presa in giro... Ad una coppia di amici stessa identica cosa... MAI PIÙ da loro!!!
From 7 January they sent the order for a change of size of a ring .... today 23 February still no ring .... I went 3 times in the shop and 3 times they told me different things ... It arrives within 20/30 days, then they became 30/40 and the last update is the arrival in March and we don't even know when ... I understand that it may be the fault of the suppliers but the fact that they continue to change the arrival date seems to me to be a hold around ... To a couple of friends the exact same thing ... NEVER AGAIN from them !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per cambiare un braccialetto e un anello a cui a entrambi si sono staccate le pietre ho dovuto fare avanti e indietro all'anfinito. Pessima organizzazione, commesse scortesi e non all'altezza del negozio.
In order to change a bracelet and a ring that both had stones detached, I had to go back and forth to infinity. Bad organization, rude salesmen and not up to the shop level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio compagno mi ha regalato un anello di fidanzamento che però era grande, così abbiamo ordinato un anello della misura giusta. Nessuno gli aveva detto che ci sarebbero voluti 40 giorni lavorativi per avere l'anello, però va beh, l'abbiamo ordinato lo stesso.
Adesso, a due settimane dalla consegna, dicono che l'anello sarà pronto a fine gennaio, perché il produttore non può spedire l'anello ad un privato per politiche aziendali miopi.
Quindi il mio anello di fidanzamento ordinato il 26 settembre verrà finito il 21 di novembre e consegnato a fine gennaio 2021.
Ovviamente non è possibile annullare l'ordine. Esperienza veramente allucinante.
My partner gave me an engagement ring but it was large, so we ordered a ring of the right size. Nobody told him it would take 40 business days to get the ring, but okay, we ordered it anyway.
Now, two weeks after delivery, they say the ring will be ready at the end of January, because the manufacturer cannot ship the ring to a private individual due to short-sighted company policies.
So my engagement ring ordered on September 26th will be finished on November 21st and delivered at the end of January 2021.
Obviously it is not possible to cancel the order. Truly hallucinating experience.
