Inappropriate! They have a number for Wapp, they read once a day and don't answer. Bought a watch on site, but if you write, they don't respond. Not very reliable.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. On 12 December I find a Deep Sea for sale on their website and I am told that the aforementioned model was no longer available (but how, it was available ...). We broke up with the promise that he would contact me if he received another piece. And so it was: on December 23rd he wrote to me saying that he had just received a new Deep Sea guarantee 2022. I reply that I was still interested and that I would have called him the next day. Punctually, at 1pm on December 24th I call and he tells me that he is at the "restaurant and he was having a good time" and that he would call me in the afternoon. I explain to him that, considering the amount, I would have preferred to give a deposit immediately and then pay the rest personally in the shop at the time of collection, therefore I only wanted to know the IBAN details in order to make the payment, and he tells me that it was fine for him and he would call me in the afternoon. And that was not the case. Since then it has been a run-up to the seller, a succession of (unanswered) phone calls, messages (unanswered or at most I was told that he would call me). After a week of denials, I understand that the watch, for which the price had also been agreed, was no longer available to me and that perhaps (also thanks to the increase in list prices with January 2022) it was selling it at a higher price. I find confirmation on the site itself where it was present with a much higher figure than the one agreed. The gentleman was now evident he was burying his head in the sand, ignoring me rather than speaking politely. I am writing to him today exposing my disappointment by making him understand that there is no such thing as a buyer to chase after the seller and, after a thousand useless justifications, he says that they are not used to chasing after those who have problems with payments. But how, but if we were in agreement? I did not propose installments or payments with beans, but an immediate payment. Obviously he concludes everything with the style that distinguishes him: he blocks my contact by running away again, high school things. Bad experience, poor education and honesty and NOTHING PROFESSIONALISM.
