Nice well-kept shop and close to the entrance. Young and somewhat persistent staff ... perhaps I would evaluate a slightly older person to follow them and give more experience to customers too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistati 2 capi ieri sera, ricontrollati stamane con evidenza di difetti di fabbrica. Chiamato subito il negozio Yamamay di Mazzano per richiesta cambio: nessun cambio se non dopo invio all'azienda madre con tempistiche di attesa di 15gg circa tra consegna, valutazione (capo fallato vs. capo rovinato dal cliente) ed eventuale cambio.
A ciò si aggiunge il fatto che, abitando in altra provincia, avrei dovuto farmi la strada A/R altre 2 volte, dal momento che pare sia impossibile fare cambi in altri negozi della stessa catena; ammesso e non concesso che l'azienda madre riconosca il difetto di fabbrica come tale.
Delusissima.
POST SCRIPTUM. Al negozio Yamamay di Milano mi hanno cambiato entrambi i capi, giorni dopo (non appena 12 ore dopo, bensì giorni) e senza trafile assurde con casa madre.
Se per Mazzano fosse possibile mettere 0 stelle, le metterei.
Purchased 2 items last night, double-checked this morning with evidence of manufacturing defects. The Yamamay shop in Mazzano was immediately called to request a change: no change until after sending it to the parent company with a waiting time of approximately 15 days between delivery, evaluation (faulty item vs. item ruined by the customer) and any change.
Added to this is the fact that, living in another province, I would have had to take the A / R road 2 more times, since it seems impossible to make changes in other shops of the same chain; admitted and not granted that the parent company recognizes the manufacturing defect as such.
Very disappointed.
POST SCRIPTUM. At the Yamamay store in Milan they changed both garments, days later (not just 12 hours later, but days) and without absurd dies with the parent company.
If it were possible for Mazzano to put 0 stars, I would put them.
