★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sono arrivati le bollette sul utenza che non ne stata mai attivata, come non sono stati pagati , mi hanno messo il lista nera dei cattivi pagatori, facendo un reclamo per cancellare dalla lista ci vogliono 2 mesi, intrattenimento non posso attivare altre utenze!!! Per loro errore mi hanno creato gravi danni economici. E' nessuno non vuole prendere la responsabilità. Sconsiglio a tutti.

La ragazza allo sportello mi ha compilato il modulo e chiesto la documentazine neccessaria da scannerizzare e allegare alla richiesta,dopo una settimana mi mandano una email per dire che non ho presentato tutti i documenti necessari per procedre al passaggio della TARI. COME E' POSSIBILE SE E' STATA LA LORO STESSA DIPENDENTE A FARE LA RICHIESTA E A SCANNIRAZZARE TUTTO!!! MI HANNO FATTO PERDERE UN SACCO DI TEMPO E ORA MI TOCCA PURE RIMANDARE TUTTA LA DOCUMENTAZIONE MANCANTE TRAMITE EMAIL
