Premesso questo e che per me è dall'altra parte del mondo, è possibile che per ritirare 4 sacchetti, anche se hai controllato giorni e orari, ti presenti lì, per vedere che c'è chiuso perchè sono passati all'orario estivo? (che naturalmente non è segnalato, google ti dice aperto) Già facevano 1 solo pomeriggio alla settimana. Ora manco quello!!!! Almeno facciano trovare chiuso con orari e basta cosi uno caccia 4 madonne e va a casa. Invece no, c'è proprio un addetto che ti dice gli orari nuovi ma NON ti può dare i sacchetti!!! E' beh certo, chissà che specializzazione servirà per questa mansione......va BUFFONI!!!! An emeritus M ... A !!!! The only bag distribution point in the city. Era meglio se non rispondavate proprio così da avere una scusante. FATE SCHIFO. SIETE DA DENUNCIARE PER MANCATO SERVIZIO. I called the number to speak to the offices. Una volta arrivata lì scopro che fino al 31/8 gli sportelli sono aperti solo la mattina. Un operatore mi vede ed esce e mi dice di ritornare l'indomani mattina che non è colpa loro se il sito non è aggiornato.....no infatti è colpa mia....ma va a quel paese. I went yesterday to the headquarters in Parma to collect some bags but first I consulted the website to check the timetables. Once I get there, I discover that until August 31st the counters are only open in the morning. An operator sees me and exits and tells me to come back the next morning which is not their fault if the site is not updated ..... no, in fact, it is my fault .... but he goes to that country.

Sui siti di iren invece che indicare gli orari aggiornati ci sono solo chiacchiere e al punto ambiente ci si ritrova con il cartello "chiuso" incollato con lo scotch sul tabellone orari...in compenso mi telefonano 4 volte alla settimana per offrirmi servizi aggiuntivi non richiesti. Y	Yongqing Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, peggio di così non si può, se avessi un’altra scelta non ci andrei mai più, si scrivono da soli questionari dando punteggio 10 ( il massimo) con cellulari dei clienti e nome cognome degli altri, probabilmente sono dei dati dei clienti che hanno raccolto. Bad experience, it can't get worse than that, if I had another choice I would never go there again, they write themselves questionnaires giving a score of 10 (the maximum) with customers' cell phones and name surname of others, probably they are customer data that they have collected.

Sembra un po' che non gli piaccia il suo lavoro. Inoltre ho chiesto informazioni sullo smaltimento dell'amianto non sapevano nulla mentre è stato proprio l'usl a mandarmi li. UN rimpallo di responsabilità e una perdita di tempo prezioso. La gente che ha poca voglia di parlare non dovrebbe lavorare con il pubblico, per quello serve una certa predisposizione.
