Prima ero andato in altri negozi di altre catene (Veneta Cucine, Stosa, Life, IKEA, Mondoconvenienza), ma alla fine ho scelto loro. Nella realtà, direi che ho scelto Aurora, che mi ha creato una cucina come volevo io ma infinitamente migliorata dai suoi suggerimenti. Aurora è competente, tranquilla, allegra, disponibile e segue tutte le cose in maniera scrupolosa. Sa vedere le criticità, propone soluzioni e se ci sono problemi interviene e sa essere risolutiva. I montatori sono bravissimi e fanno tutto con particolare attenzione. Se dovessi comprare un'altra cucina, tornerei da loro. Ah... In periodo Covid la cucina mi è arrivata in meno di 5 settimane, un record!

In reality, I would say that I chose Aurora, who created a kitchen for me as I wanted but infinitely improved by her suggestions. Aurora is competent, calm, cheerful, available and follows all things scrupulously. He knows how to see critical issues, proposes solutions and if there are problems he intervenes and knows how to be decisive. The editors are very good and do everything with particular attention. If I were to buy another kitchen, I would go back to them. Ah ... During the Covid period, the kitchen arrived in less than 5 weeks, a record!

Aurora non si è limitata a progettarmi la cucina in base alle mie richieste, ma, con estrema passione e determinazione si è impegnata a capire le mie esigenze, i miei bisogni, i miei gusti e il mio stile per propormi soluzioni e idee nuove. Mi ha accolto sempre con cortesia e col sorriso e mi ha sempre fatto sentire a mio agio.
La cucina è bellissima e di qualità!

A distanza di 6 anni l'abbiamo ricercata nuovamente ed abbiamo ritrovato le stesse qualità, sia professionali che umane; grazie ai sui consigli, alle sue indicazioni e alla sua attenzione abbiamo trovato la soluzione perfetta per la cucina che cercavamo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato la nostra cucina seguiti da Aurora. Devo dire che abbiamo trovato non solo qualità e bellezza nell'estetica della cucina, ma soprattutto competenza e disponibilità nel consigliarci nella scelta della cucina adatta alle nostre esigenze.
La consegna dei mobili è stata eseguita nei tempi previsti nonostante il periodo di lockdown. Il personale che si è occupato del montaggio veloce e preciso.
Aurora si è occupata nel solo del progetto per la nuova cucina, ma ha effettuato i sopralluoghi per accertarsi che non ci sarebbero stati problemi nel montaggio.
Siamo soddisfatti oltre le nostre aspettative.
Consiglio vivamente il negozio non solo per i prodotti venduti ma anche per lo staff che lo gestisce.

Furniture was delivered on schedule despite the lockdown period. The staff who took care of the fast and accurate assembly.
Aurora only took care of the project for the new kitchen, but carried out inspections to ensure that there would be no problems in the assembly.
