o	omar p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo avere fissato appuntamento settimana scorsa per oggi alle 17.30 nel punto vendita di Parabiago, appuntamento confermato sia ieri pomeriggio che questa mattina telefonicamente, non sono stato nemmeno ricevuto in quanto il commerciale aveva un ritardo non quantificabile con i clienti precedenti. Pessimo servizio e da queste cose si può immaginare l assistenza futura. L'esperienza che stiamo vivendo noi grazie a questa azienda è terribile in quanto a fronte della promessa di avere una cucina entro la fine di febbraio (motivo principale per cui abbiamo fatto il contratto), abbiamo scoperto solo telefonando noi il 20 febbraio che forse la avremo per il 12 marzo. Uno dei titolari, tale Alberto, è un maleducato, arrogante e cafone al punto da aver attaccato il telefono in faccia a mia moglie che gli stava facendo presente quale fosse il disagio di dover vivere in una casa senza cucina per così tanti giorni, senza contare ovviamente i costi che stiamo sostenendo per mangiare fuori ogni giorno. Questo sarà sicuramente il primo e l'ultimo acquisto che faremo da loro e ci prodigheremo affinché più gente possibile non si rivolga alla Gedal. Avrei evitato una recensione così dura se solo si fossero mostrati più seri e comprensivi invece ci hanno minacciato di non consegnarci la cucina se non facciamo prima il bonifico a saldo della quota restante, cosa che verificherò con un legale perché a questo punto comincio a non fidarmi più di gente così. One of the owners, Alberto, is a rude, arrogant and peasant to the point of having hung the phone in the face of my wife who was pointing out to him what was the discomfort of having to live in a house without a kitchen for so many days, not to mention obviously the costs we are incurring to eat out every day. This will surely be the first and last purchase that we will make from them and we will do our utmost to prevent as many people as possible from turning to Gedal. I would have avoided such a harsh review if only they had shown themselves more serious and understanding instead they threatened us not to hand over the kitchen if we do not first transfer the remaining amount, which I will check with a lawyer because at this point I start not to trust more than people like that.

Una mia amica me ne aveva parlato bene, così quando ho dovuto cambiare la mia cucina a Milano ho pensato di rivolgermi in questo Stosa store. Molto gentili e professionali, le consegne sono arrivate nei tempi,i prodotti sono del livello che mi aspettavo e che la mia casa si meritava, segnalo una nota di merito alla responsabile dei progetti veramente in gamba e attenta alle esigenze del cliente, con questa progettazione la casa ha cambiato volto! E non da trascurare il prezzo competitivo che ci hanno fatto rispetto ad altri loro competitor. Sicuramente ci farà piacere rivolgerci ancora a loro quando avrremo bisogno. Una nota di merito alla loro progettista che ha avuto delle idee veramente intelligenti, funzionali e belle esteticamente allo stesso tempo.
