Grazie alle sue professionalità e competenza e alla sua gentilezza, ci siamo presto schiariti le idee! Che dire? Potevamo scegliere rivenditori più vicini ma il lato umano di questo store ha fatto la differenza, convincendoci a fare 80 chilometri tra andata e ritorno per trovare la soluzione giusta. Non vediamo l'ora che arrivino i mobili ordinati!

Prima di riportare le sedie per la sostituzione avevamo segnato tutti i difetti riscontrati e ci sono state riconsegnate le stesse con qualche ritocco....codice cliente VAL30377 - commissione AA11511
They supply defective products and do not replace them, they just make adjustments and trim you the same goods. Not recommended. 07/09/2021 Update with reply. Before returning the chairs for replacement we had marked all the defects found and they were returned to us with some tweaks .... customer code VAL30377 - commission AA11511
