Nella vendita mi ha seguito Matteo, nel montaggio i ragazzi di NL: tutti molto gentili, efficienti e disponibili.
 Wide choice, great professionalism and availability, so much so that I bought the furniture for the whole house (excluding the bathrooms).
Matteo followed me in the sale, the NL guys in the assembly: all very kind, efficient and helpful.

Un plus in più anche per la loro simpatia!
the LR team came to assemble the new kitchen and the new room. Very professional and very accurate. They worked without leaving dirt. Also really helpful in making choices.

ho acquistato una cucina presso questo punto vendita del CVM e valuto la mia esperienza da 10.
In ogni momento - dalla progettazione con l'arredatore Karim (che ha saputo ascoltare le miei esigenze, capendo ciò che effettivamente mi necessitava guidandomi nei momenti di indecisione), ai montatori Valerio e Valerio (che hanno coniugato in maniera straordinaria velocità e qualità del lavoro e che hanno mostrato grande onestà nell'indicarmi gli elementi leggermente danneggiati durante il trasporto), passando per a Valentina della Logistica (che ha saputo aspettare i miei tempi senza mai mettermi fretta a cucina già prodotta) - mi sono sentito importante e seguito con onestà e trasparenza.
Veramente consigliato!
Aggiornamento: arrivati anche camera da letto e soggiorno. Confermo quanto di buono detto in precedenza :)
Quality and Professionalism
I bought a kitchen at this CVM store and I rate my experience from 10.
At all times - from the design with the interior designer Karim (who was able to listen to my needs, understanding what I actually needed, guiding me in moments of indecision), to the fitters Valerio and Valerio (who combined speed and quality of work in an extraordinary way and who showed great honesty in pointing out the elements slightly damaged during transport), passing through Valentina della Logistica (who was able to wait my time without ever rushing me to the kitchen already produced) - I felt important and followed with honesty and transparency.
Really recommended!
Update: bedroom and living room also arrived. I confirm what was said above :)
